Die Unterkunft mit zwei Privatzimmern liegt in einem denkmalgeschützten Haus direkt an der Zufahrt zur Schleuse. Seperater Eingang mit Duschbad, Schlafzimmer (Einbett), Wohnzimmer, keine Küche und Kochgelegenheit. Bis auf die Möwen und die Geräusche der Schiffe ist es sehr ruhig. In unmittelbarer Nähe laden Restaurants und Cafés ein. Die denkmalgeschützte Pflasterung auf dem Haushof ist nicht geeignet für High Heels und Gehilfen. Im Sommer lädt die Seebadeanstalt zu einem nahen Bad ein.

The UKSH is within minutes walking distance, the stop "Schauenburgerstr." in approx. 5 minutes. Holtenauer Straße with shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés and bars is right around the corner. For safety, cameras are at the entrance. Please register additional guests in advance so we can adjust the booking

The south-facing terrace and the sunny garden belonging to the apartment invite you to have breakfast, barbecue, play and relax. A car parking lot is located on the property. If necessary, you are welcome to smoke on the covered terrace or in the garden, but it is prohibited to smoke in the apartment!

Cozy little basement studio with private access. The apartment is located in a quiet bicycle street. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. You can easily take the bus to the city center (10-15 minutes). The nearest beach (Falkensteiner beach) is about 15 minutes away by car. It can also be easily reached by bus. The Kiel Inner Fjord is a 20-25 minute walk away.

We offer our 30 sqm apartment in downtown Kiel. The quiet apartment building is located on a small residential street. The attached pictures hopefully give a good impression of the atmosphere of the rooms. We constantly strive to keep the apartment nice and modern. Fully equipped kitchen, Internet and TV are available! A washing machine is in the basement.
