Haus Heinke eignet sich mit drei Schlafzimmern, ausgebautem Dachgeschoss und Garten für die ganze Familie. Die moderne Küche lädt zum Kochen ein, das Wohnzimmer mit gemütlicher, lichtdurchfluteter Sitzecke und Kaminofen sind der Mittelpunkt des Hauses. Unsere Südterrasse garantiert gute Erholung in schöner Natur. Das Krähenholz und das Eidertal liegen nur wenige Minuten entfernt, Kiel (12 km) kann man mit dem Bus, dem Zug oder dem Auto bequem erreichen. Zur Ostsee fährt man 30 Min. mit dem Auto.

The apartment was fully renovated in 2025. It can be reached through a private entrance in the green backyard of the house. In 13 minutes you can walk to the Kiellinie and in 5 minutes to the center of the lively Holtenauer Straße. Parking around the house is usually easy. Otherwise, there is a parking garage within walking distance on Holtenauer Straße. Bakeries, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, drugstores in the immediate vicinity. Quiet and centrally located, the small house is in the backyard of one of the best locations in Kiel – Brunswik district! Bicycles can be parked outside the door. The UKSH is within minutes walking distance, the stop "Schauenburgerstr." in approx. 5 minutes. Holtenauer Straße with shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés and bars is right around the corner. For safety, cameras are at the entrance. Please register additional guests in advance so we can adjust the booking

Das City-Appartement bietet euch ein gemütliches Schlafzimmer, eine stilvoll eingerichtete und voll ausgestattete Wohnküche und ein frisch renoviertes Bad. Außerdem gibt’s einen SmartTV! Die Lage ist super zentral und für Durchreisende und Urlauber gleichermaßen ideal. Ich habe mir große Mühe gegeben, alles so für euch herzurichten, dass ihr euch hier rundum wohl fühlt! :-)

Hello! We offer our apartment as private accommodation for rent. It has its own entrance, kitchen, shower room and living / bedroom. It is connected to our house via an internal staircase. Upstairs, however, there is a door which is locked. The place has a separate entrance. We allow you a flexible key handover. Towels, bed linen, Wi-Fi, kettle, dishwasher, fireplace and terrace are available. Free parking on the premises.

The apartment has been newly renovated and is in an attractive location. It is only a 10-minute walk to the water (Kiel Fjord/Kiellinie), a supermarket (Rewe) is around the corner, parking and a bus stop are right in front of the house. With a smart TV (Netflix, Amazon and co.)PlayStation 4, fully equipped kitchen and cozy ambiance, you are in good hands even in bad weather. A sofa bed will be delivered in the next few days.

Eine kleine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit schottischem Flair wartet auf Deinen Besuch. Das Zentrum und den Hafen erreicht man in ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto oder Bus. Die nächste Haltestelle ist in 4 Minuten Entfernung. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe: Citti-Park, Rewe-Center, IKEA und verschiedene Supermärkte. Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig. Bei uns bekommst du einen erholsamen Aufenthalt.

Welcome to our cozy apartment overlooking the countryside, in a prime location. The Kiel Fjord, cruise terminals, shopping on Holtenauer Straße, cafes, restaurants, bars, theaters, etc. are all within walking distance. Even Kiel Week is steps away. The apartment is in an apartment building and I ask for quiet/respectful behavior. No smoking and no parties!

Enjoy the simple life at this quiet and centrally located home. We rent out our beautiful, newly renovated studio with its own south terrace and separate access. It is ideally suited to explore Kiel and the surrounding area. The many beautiful beaches are not far away and the Olympiazentrum in Schilksee can also be reached in less than 10 minutes by car.

We offer our 30 sqm apartment in downtown Kiel. The quiet apartment building is located on a small residential street. The attached pictures hopefully give a good impression of the atmosphere of the rooms. We constantly strive to keep the apartment nice and modern. Fully equipped kitchen, Internet and TV are available! A washing machine is in the basement.
