The apartment was completely renovated in 2025. It can be reached through a private entrance in the green backyard of the house. In 13 minutes you are walking distance from the Kiellinie and in 5 minutes from the center of the lively Holtenauer Straße. Parking around the house is usually easy. Otherwise, there is a parking garage within walking distance on Holtenauer Straße. Bakeries, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, pharmacies, drugstores in the immediate vicinity. Right in the middle, actually.

The apartment (57 m²) is very centrally located. It is fully furnished and can accommodate 2 people + children. We only rent to non-smokers. No pets.
