Vacation rentals with a patio in Kenai Lake

Nice, new clean place! Beautiful views out the living room and master window. The third bedroom is in a weird place, but nice to have for more people.

We had an excellent stay; the 2-story apartment felt like a stylish condo that pretty exactly matched the photos on the Airbnb site. The smart tv was easy to use & I easily connected my Roku device to an available hdmi cord. Not a problem for us, but future users should know the single bathroom is on the 2nd floor. The tight spiral staircase is solidly anchored & nicely carpeted with stable railing. Loved the views from both the 1st floor balcony & 2nd floor bedroom. And our fav restaurant Jack Sprat was only like a 5-minute walk from the room. Excellent apartment choice for those with kids- nice bunk bed setup & lots of games, toys, & books.

The stay at Diane’s home very good!!! The communication was excellent. Her home was immaculate. I would definitely recommend staying in Diane’s home.

Vicki was so helpful from the beginning I needed to change the booking date and she totally accommodated me. The apartment is so beautiful and seemed brand new. High end kitchen and furniture. We needed salt and a blender and she brought it right away. Vicki and her husband made us feel at home. We would return and totally recommend the Blue Heron

It was a cute little place to stay and just big enough for the two of us. The only thing negative was there was one tiny frying pan and one out for cooking. Makes cooking very difficult. The plates were very small as well. Same with the towels, they could use an upgrade in size. Most adults are not toddler size. Other than those things the place was very cute and clean!! Very peaceful and no issues with noise from the room next door. I’ve seen comments previously with that issue. Would stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay in Cooper Landing. Impressive accommodations in new construction. Amazing views from the home’s large outdoor patio and wonderful location in the mountains! Wish we had a longer visit for sure. Vince was very kind, responsive and helpful in recommending local dining and recreation. Hopefully we will return for another visit at some point in time and would highly recommend this rental for other future travelers.

This was an amazing property, and Julie was a kind and helpful host. The views of Anchorage and the surrounding mountains were even better than expected, and it was fun to have a park (Glen Alps) so close (2 min. drive). Everything inside was pristine and of good quality, too. If I come to Anchorage again, I’ll definitely be staying here!

A beautiful home walking distance from downtown and the marina. Hot water didn’t work the first night but they go a plumber, fixed it, and the rest of the stay was a breeze. Very responsive and accommodating

We had such a wonderful time at Trenitie's house! It's close to the ski area, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and the library! This house has literally everything you can think of! Extra plus: It was super clean!!!! We loved it! And Trenitie was very responsive and made us feel at home the minute we walked in! 5+ stars!

Our stay at this home in Bear Valley was absolutely wonderful. The house itself was spacious for our family of 4, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen, which made cooking dinners at home easy. The 3rd floor view was truly breathtaking. It felt private and peaceful, yet still conveniently located for our outings. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Really nice and comfortable to sleep here after being out in the backcountry or for anyone! Its located in a peaceful area. I booked the place later in the evening after getting back to phone service from a hike, and was easily able to follow the directions to self check in and get some rest before driving home the next day.

Had a great stay. The location has easy access to food, drinks, and plenty of activities.

Brandi has set the gold standard for all other Airbnbs. The condo is new and beautiful in every way. The amenities are those of a luxury hotel including robes, quality toiletries, extra essentials and a host of hiking essentials to borrow as needed - including bear and mosquito spray. Wonderful view and ideal location for crusing Prince William Sound or hiking Kenai Fjords National Park. Brandi's place a property I'd return to again and again.

Shane’s place is amazing! Great bed, cool fireplace! The location is quiet and it’s walkable to nearby establishments.

Cute, convenient little place. Has everything we needed, including a couple ice coolers in freezer that came in handy for one of our longer day trips. Great home base to daily excursions. Grocery store, gas station & restuarants just a few minutes away. Quick access to New & Old Seward Highways.

Julie's condo is super clean, decorated very nicely, and super cozy. I will definitely plan to stay again in the future.
