Our guest space is a 2 BR in-law unit on the downstairs level of our beautiful Alaskan log home. About 20 mins from the Anchorage airport, we are located on the Anchorage Hillside, known for its scenery, great hiking trails (including Flattop Mountain), and fabulous mountain and inlet views. We are minutes from the Old Seward Highway South-bound exit that leads to some of Alaska's best-known tourist hot spots including Girdwood, Seward, and Kenai Peninsula. Family friendly, we welcome children.

Located on the 3rd floor (walk up) in the Timberline Building, condo is very spacious and in walking distance to the Alyeska resort and several great restaurants and shops. Hiking, biking, or skiing are right outside the front door! The building is typically very quiet, making it great for families or travelers seeking a peaceful reprieve in the great little town of Girdwood. Premier location in Historic Downtown! This charming and cozy 1 bedroom is located just 1 block from Resurrection Bay, the Sea Life Center and downtown shops and restaurants. We are one of Sewards Historic buildings and part of the Historic walking tour. This rental has been renovated to provide modern amenities, but we kept some of the historic charm. Small but quaint with queen bed, private bath, sitting area, kitchenette and outdoor area. Free Shuttle and walking path 1 block away.

Our fully furnished private log home is nestled in the lush greenery of the rainforest, the quiet will relax your soul. Our cabin is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families.

The home has a brand new Weber BBQ, board games, a record player with lots of vinyl from the 70’s and 80’s, etc. and a 75” TV with blankets to curl up with.

This newly renovated listing is a perfect place to spend your time adventuring in Seward. Drive through town and down the bay side Lowell Point access road.
