Soldotna Mid-Town Suite

This fully remodeled condo is located minutes from stores, Soldotna Creek Park, and the world-famous Kenai River. It is an upstairs unit with great southern exposure. Lower tenant is a low traffic, professional office business. Property has a large fenced-in yard made for BBQs and lawn games. The neighborhood is very quiet. This is the perfect rental choice for someone looking to be close to conveniences while still being able to enjoy the nature of Alaska. *Cameras monitor parking area only.

Cute cottage , 1.5 miles from kenai river and 2 miles from Centenial park,one mile from grocery store,,. Fully furnished ,freezer and fridge, Wifi ,TV, Outdoor hot tub. Bedroom is upstairs and described as a comfortable loft.The steps are carpeted and abit steep (not suited for any one who might have issues with stairs that are alittle bit steeper then normal ).Bathroom is downstairs,. Ownner on call for any needs . We live in a separate apartment on the premises.

This home is located in a quiet, wooded neighborhood, five minutes south of Soldotna. It's 70 miles to Homer and an hour and a half to Seward. It's close to the Kenai and Kasilof rivers. There's plenty of parking for a boat, snowmobile or trailer. There's moose and caribou in the area and the back yard has many varieties of birds. There are beautiful gardens front and back and lawns.
