Unwind and relax in this calm, stylish space. We are nestled in the woods minutes away from Soldotna. This 2 bedroom 2 bath home is perfect for your vacation. It can sleep up to 5 people, 6 if you don't mind a bit less privacy. The master suite is upstairs with a stunning bathroom adjoined. The second bedroom on the main floor. It has a bathroom close by. We will be across the woods so never hesitate to reach out to us! If you're lucky, there may be fresh cookies upon arrival.

Cute cottage , 1.5 miles from kenai river and 2 miles from Centenial park,one mile from grocery store,,. Fully furnished ,freezer and fridge, Wifi ,TV, Outdoor hot tub. Bedroom is upstairs and described as a comfortable loft.The steps are carpeted and abit steep (not suited for any one who might have issues with stairs that are alittle bit steeper then normal ).Bathroom is downstairs,. Ownner on call for any needs . We live in a separate apartment on the premises.

(The lower deck is temporarily closed for repairs but the upper deck and the gazebo are still open). Long term rental stays are for winter months only. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Nestled on 16.7 acres of Alaskan land with access to a private lake. The perfect place to relax after a long day of adventure. (Property is shared with a main house, another cabin, and yurt) but there is plenty of space for privacy.

This home is located in a quiet, wooded neighborhood, five minutes south of Soldotna. It's 70 miles to Homer and an hour and a half to Seward. It's close to the Kenai and Kasilof rivers. There's plenty of parking for a boat, snowmobile or trailer. There's moose and caribou in the area and the back yard has many varieties of birds. There are beautiful gardens front and back and lawns.
