This one-of-a-kind build has two-foot thick walls, concrete-stained floor, custom hand-built log furniture including cozy Alaskan spruce log beds & log end tables. A few pictures of this building were sent to Discovery during its construction, piquing their interest, and ultimately securing Marty’s leading roles on Homestead Rescue and Raney Ranch.

In-law suite built in 2021, attached to garage/shop. 15 minute drive to Palmer or Wasilla and a short distance to the beauty of Hatcher Pass, only an hour outside of Anchorage. The suite has a private entrance, full bath, queen bed, TV, and wifi. The kitchenette has a small fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, hot plate, and basic tableware. This is a great base location to explore Alaska with easy driving to hiking, fishing and local tourist attractions.
