This Two Bedroom plus Loft (please read additional information for loft) is situated 1 block from the world famous Tony Knowles Coastal Trail that hugs the coastline of the Cook Inlet with beautiful views of the water, Anchorage skyline with moose and other Alaska animals that live in the area. Grocery stores and restaurants are just a few minutes away.

Close to airport and Kincaid Park trails, enjoy panoramic views of the Chugach Mountains from the great room or the wrap around deck. The upper level has an additional bedroom with full size bed, & a sitting loft overlooking the main level. Occasional airplane noise. Along Cook Inlet, joggers and cyclists use the Tony Knowles Coast, while large Earthquake Park has hills shaped by a major 1964 earthquake, plus wooded trails.
