Nestled a short walk up the hillside, you'll be serenaded by squirrels and can watch the trees rustling overhead from your new firm memory foam bed. Far from "roughing it", this yurt has all the amenities: hot and cold running (drinkable) water, electricity, a full kitchen and a shower. While there is a composting toilet inside the yurt, if you'd like to stick to a "normal" toilet, there is also a shared restroom near the parking area.

Our cozy guesthouse property was brand new in August 2018!! We are adjacent to State, National Forest Service, and National Park Service lands in a beautiful, quiet wooded neighborhood with views of Resurrection and Benson Mountains and Resurrection River. This lower unit "Meadow" is a one-bedroom and sleeps up to three people, has a full kitchen, full bath, and living space with pull-out twin loveseat. The upper 2-bedroom unit "Alpine" is also available to rent!

Cottage by the bay

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Our home is right in the middle of the town of Seward. It is two blocks from the ocean and three blocks from the famous Mount Marathon Trail. It is also a few blocks from downtown and the small boat harbor. Built in 1941, this home has some old house personality like a real wood floor that creaks in places. We do not allow smoking or pets. We also do not have a TV. Please enjoy your stay

Locally made log cabin.

Welcome to my little cabin! Built locally in 1989 this cozy log cabin is one of the few remaining cabins originally built in the Lost Lake Subdivision. With its true cabin form it was built as a "Dry Cabin". In 2011 utilities were added. Staying here you will enjoy the comforts of the modern world but also the coziness of a rustic log cabin on a large private lot in a quiet subdivision. Located 1.2 miles outside the Seward City limits.

Cute 1950’s cottage charmingly restored with antiques and nautical decor. It is perfect for two adults, good with a couple kids added or total of three adults but tight with 4 adults. Centrally located it is a 13 minute walk to downtown (.7 miles), 8 minute walk to the boat harbor (.5 miles), 5 minute walk to Two Lakes Park and a 2 minute walk to the gazebo on the lagoon. The fenced yard backs up to the mountain for added privacy.

Located just one mile from the city limits of Seward makes our cabins close to everything. Simple one room cabins with simple rates for a true Alaskan experience. There is a queen bed on the main floor and a queen bed in the open loft. All cabins have their own bathroom. The laundry facility for everyone's use. We love kids and encourage evening bonfires.
