Premier location in Historic Downtown! This charming and cozy 1 bedroom is located just 1 block from Resurrection Bay, the Sea Life Center and downtown shops and restaurants. We are one of Sewards Historic buildings and part of the Historic walking tour. This rental has been renovated to provide modern amenities, but we kept some of the historic charm. Smal,l but quaint, with queen bed, private bath, sitting area, kitchenette and outdoor area. Free Shuttle and walking path 1 block away.

Our apartment is right in the heart of Seward. One block from waterfront and bike path, short walking distance to three playgrounds, close to boat harbor and a few blocks from hiking trails! The apartment is exactly as described. The location is terrific, centrally located in walking distance to many restaurants and the sea life museum. Ristine is responsive and helpful. Parking was easy and close by. Accessing the apartment was easy. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was nice. The couch is a little uncomfortable. You have to carry your bags up a flight of stairs to the second floor but that wasn't an issue for us. We stayed Sept 2-4 and the weather was a little cool, the apartment was cold in the morning and the building had not yet turned on the steam heat. Ristine immediately offered a space heater but we didn't really need it, the place warmed up early in the day. We would stay at this apartment again, it was a great place to stay.

Shelly's place was a great find in Seward, centrally located within walking distance to local businesses, restaurants and the park along resurrection bay at the bottom of the street. This is located in one of the oldest building in town (built in 1906), so the floor are comically "wavy", you're walking up to the kitchen area, down to the bathroom, but the floor covering itself is brand new so this is really not a problem, it is just adding to the charm. The unit is in impeccable shape, very comfortable and well appointed. Would definitely recommend Shelly's place to other travelers coming to visit Seward.

Shirley’s place was a wonderful, easy quiet place for us party of six celebrating a birthday. super close to the town of Seward, including different restaurants, coffee, and grocery store. The back deck was a cozy place to enjoy the view and some fresh air and supplemented by the front large parking area to include a fire pit and ready to use cleaned barbecue. We’re all super great bonuses. Also a little creek nearby made a great peaceful sound as we enjoyed the fire Shirley was a great host very responsive great instructions and the place was very clean.

Our stay was great! The location was perfect for walking to fun local businesses. We could also just step outside to see the bay. It was easy to walk to the water and get on the greenway to go towards the docks. It is also very walkable to the Sealife Center which is worth a visit. We almost never used our car once arriving.

I’m a repeat customer at Spruce Lodge, and love it here. It’s one of my favorite places in Seward. A lot of places in Seward can feel older/eccletic and that’s not really my style. Brittney’s place is clean, New Construction. It mimics a studio apartment and it’s perfect for a place to crash for a night or two. I recommend this place to anyone needing a stay in Seward!
