Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Kenai Lake

This house was a wonderful place to spend a ski vacation at Alyeska. The kitchen was very well furnished and thoughtful things like a bluetooth speaker, dual washer/dryer, and boot dryer were included. The house is also the perfect location for apres ski to enjoy the high end hot tub and barrel sauna. The ski resort is any easy 4 minute drive with plenty of parking. A fun twist on skiing, the resort does not open until 10am, so we enjoyed many relaxing mornings with several pots of coffee before heading out. The Girdwood famous Double Musky Inn restaurant(great for steaks and deserts) is an easy 10 minute walk. There is a recreation path on the mtn road, so you could even bike to the resort if you wanted to. Be sure to stock up on groceries in Anchorage before heading to Girdwood as the town is small and does not have a full sized grocery.

We had a great stay at Ristine's place. The place was clean and the outdoor area was beautiful. The location was ideal and a short drive away from restaurants and tourist attractions. The only downside was that the wifi did not work.

Clint’s place was great. As described and right next to Alyeska Ski Resort. Would no doubt stay here again. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful time! We loved the covered fire pit, which was ideal when it rained on our first day. The surrounding landscape and backyard view is absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed listening to the creek and hiking around the water. The house is lovely and had everything we needed to be more than comfortable. The host Rebekah was very quick to respond to any questions leading up to our stay and during, but respected our privacy. Overall, an amazing place to stay! We would love to come back again next year if still in Alaska. Thank you!!

Beautiful and clean lodging that is well located close to the ski resort and things to do. Jamie was very responsive and accommodating. Lots of spices and groceries left for us. Beautiful furnishing, and not cluttered. The upstairs apartment was nice, but had 20+ steep steps. The hot tub was really, really nice and appreciated. Last week we rented in Palm Springs and they charged $100 to be able to use the hot tub! Overall, a great rental experience.

It's peaceful and quiet. Within walking distance to the post office and Waterfront Park. A couple of minutes drive to SeaLife Centre and hikes.

We were looking for a place to stay to explore the Kenai Peninsula for the first time and familiarize ourselves with the area for an extended trip in the future. We were so lucky to stay at Matt and Lana's home in Moose Pass. Communication is great. They reached out the day before our arrival for final details; and during the stay to make sure our stay was comfortable and kept us informed when there was a bit of weather. The home is so cozy, and they have done such a great job making it such a welcoming place to stay. Their hospitality is top notch! They warmed the home up prior to our arrival with the wood stove, and we gladly accepted the offer of the homemade smoked salmon tray. So delicious! Looking forward to our return trip and will definitely be staying again. Thanks so much Matt & Lana!

Kimberley place is such a great place to visit seward, close to everything and bedding is very comfortable and I have best sleep during the week. Host gave us many recommendations on things to do in town . Would love to visit again !

House was perfect for our family! Living room furniture as well as the beds were all super comfortable! The tv isn’t a smart tv but there are lots of dvds available or bring your own fire stick to stream. We walked from town twice twice with no issue. Would definitely stay again if we return to Seward!

Shirley’s place was a wonderful, easy quiet place for us party of six celebrating a birthday. super close to the town of Seward, including different restaurants, coffee, and grocery store. The back deck was a cozy place to enjoy the view and some fresh air and supplemented by the front large parking area to include a fire pit and ready to use cleaned barbecue. We’re all super great bonuses. Also a little creek nearby made a great peaceful sound as we enjoyed the fire Shirley was a great host very responsive great instructions and the place was very clean.

Our second stay was worthwhile and the extra note and treat to welcome our fur baby with the rest of this family was so kind and thoughtful. Great communication and comfortable accommodations with privacy and accessibility. Thanks again!

The Airbnb was perfect! We absolutely loved staying here and would stay again. Was perfect for our girls weekend. It is a great location and easy to get too. Donna was very responsive and helpful during our whole trip!

This is a wonderful location with great hosts and wonderful views. The hosts, Dan and Kim, were very responsive to our questions. The directions sent with other information were very helpful. Lots of great places to eat. The tram to the roundhouse was awesome and local gold mine where we panned for some gold. The house is beautiful and as described. Loved our stay. Will definitely book again if I get back to Alaska in the future.

Queen Murphy Bed with Bedding Rubber mats for wet stuff Location - Walking Path on Arlberg Ave that gives access to anywhere in Girdwood. 2 min from Ted’s Express lift. Bathroom - good shower and plenty of towels Private Super Responsive host Roku to stream content Cons: Pillows - flat. Shoulder sleepers like me might need to use 2 Couch pull out bed - needs a new mattress. Seems like it has seen some abuse. View from deck is mostly obstructed by condo buildings. Take the tram up for best views. No body wash, soap, or shampoo provided Strange clicking noises when the heat is on. Disrupted my sleep the first night or two. Building Access - funky doorknob where you have to insert the key and twist before it allows you to push the key hole in and unlock the deadbolt. Cons are minor. 11/10 would stay again or recommend to a friend. Thanks Diana!

Brandi has set the gold standard for all other Airbnbs. The condo is new and beautiful in every way. The amenities are those of a luxury hotel including robes, quality toiletries, extra essentials and a host of hiking essentials to borrow as needed - including bear and mosquito spray. Wonderful view and ideal location for crusing Prince William Sound or hiking Kenai Fjords National Park. Brandi's place a property I'd return to again and again.

Wonderful gem tucked right into the beautiful ski town of Girdwood! Even though we weren't skiing in September, the walkability to town, food and the brewery, was fabulous. There's even a neighborhood waterfall trail a short walk down the road. Jessica was an outstanding hostess and gave me so much great info before our trip when I inquired, along with instant responses during our stay when we had a few questions. The only thing that wasn't as advertised, was the jetted tub. It is indeed that type of tub but the jets don't work properly and only my left foot got a massage. But still a nice soak! I do highly recommend the Nordic spa at Alyeska Resort though for a day of pampered soaking right under the forest canopy. Epic! We heard the upstairs neighbor just a few times, but Jessica has a sound machine and extra earplugs in her bedroom and that was such a great touch that I haven't found anywhere else! Thanks Jessica, we hope to return again to your wonderful rental.

Great place, clean, quiet, comfortable.

From the extra special touches and amenities to be incredible hospitality of the hosts, this is definitely our favorite place. We stayed in all of Alaska. Couldn’t have asked for a better place. Even had things like an oscillating fan to help dry the wet ski gear and the unexpected bonus of Disney on the smart TV:-) We were able to cook all of our meals without a hitch in the well equipped kitchen as well.

Julie's condo is super clean, decorated very nicely, and super cozy. I will definitely plan to stay again in the future.
