We are just a 10-minute drive to Soldotna and fishing on the Kenai River and just a 20-minute drive to the Cook Inlet or the Russian River. Our apartment is in the basement of our home. Located close to Kenai or Soldotna. You have your own private entrance and heater. There are 3 twin beds and 1 queen size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. We offer freezer space for your fish. We live in a peaceful neighborhood with the occasional visit from a moose, eagle or even caribou. This is a no smoking facility. You are welcome to smoke outside, but not inside. Pot smoking is NOT ALLOWED on the property.

Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.
