What a fabulous place to stay. In walking distance to the main hub of Brighton but far enough away for the peace & quiet. Turn right & the sea is there. Can’t promote the house & more importantly the hoist enough. Thoroughly recommend & we’ll definitely be back 😊

We stayed here for my friends hen do, it was in a great location and a great size for the 14 of us. It never felt too small for us, and there is plenty of mirrors, perfect for getting ready!

Ricky was a great host and outlined all the relevant information we could need before we arrived. Check in couldn’t have been easier and the place was spotless. Really appreciated the small amenities like coffee, milk, towels, hair dryer etc. The shower was great, the bed was extremely comfortable, it was round the corner from the train station but also the road the house is on was still quiet, well apart from the seagulls but it is Brighton 😅 House was a nice temperature, everything worked, WiFi worked great. Decor was tasteful and uncluttered, the little outdoor patio area was cute. Really can’t fault anything at all.

Mark was very responsive in replying to messages before and during our stay. The house is tastefully decorated and furnished throughout giving the house a light airy feeling. We had everything we needed in the kitchen which was very well equipped. The beds were very comfy and the two bathrooms with additional downstairs loo was very handy. Location is a short taxi ride from the train station and all of Brighton town centre is easily walkable from the house. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay for our group holiday, house was tidy and Mark was response when asking questions. Location is a short walk to the seafront. Parking was easy and bedrooms were decent size.

This was our second stay in this beautiful little house, close to the beach and to the shops and vibrant city life. The house is extremely well equipped, tastefully decorated and perfectly clean, and Greg is charming and very responsive. We came for Brighton's fringe festival and enjoyed the shows and the sunshine. Thank you for this perfect holiday!

Nice place to stay. Didn't find it easy to park the car however and metered parking everywhere. Like that everywhere in Brighton it appears however. Definitely not the fault of Tolly's place!

Doug's place was just wonderful. It's perfect if you want to explore Brighton and want be very close to the beach at the same time. Doug was always very quick and helpful to answer all questions. Check-in and check-out was very easy. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back. Thanks for everything!

Lovely clean place and very homely. It had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen - and the big gorgeous shower at the end of our 26 mile hike along the South Coast Path was an absolute godsend! Very friendly communication. We felt looked-after. Thank you so much.

We had a wonderful two night stay at this property. Sonia was very helpful and sent clear instructions for self check in. There are stairs to the apartment, but worth every step. When you enter you find a beautifully decorated apartment with view of the beach and pier. The rooms are a good size and the beds comfortable. A real home away from home - I hope we can return one day!

We just booked one night at Emily's apartment, as a rest after doing a 3 day pilgrimage walk. The apartment was lovely and bright, very clean and comfortable. Great space, great bathroom and kitchen. I couldn't fault any of it. The location is very close to the sea, in a good area - not noisy - just a walk away from restaurants. There's a pub across the road if you fancied a drink. Wished we were staying longer. Would definitely book again.

Very clean, modern, bright, well equipped apartment minutes from the station/seafront/shops and restaurants. Great communication and easy check-in. The bedroom is extremely comfortable and quiet.

Eleanor and the property were fantastic! We had to alter the reservation due to scheduling changes and Eleanor was incredibly accommodating. The residence itself was exactly as described, and if ever back in Brighton would gladly stay again.

This is a great place to stay in Hove and is as described. It was positioned perfectly for us for where we needed to be to visit family. The living room is a particularly great feature with sea views and plenty of space. If arriving by car, unloading can be a bit tricky due to having to park on adjacent roads but Joanne can't help that so it's just one to be aware of. We would certainly stay here again

Excellent location within walking distance to everything, and a pleasant place to stay overall away from street noise. I really appreciated having a fully equipped kitchen. My only concern was the bed, which personally I found somewhat uncomfortable. Still, with the apartment just a block from the beach, it’s a very solid option for those prioritizing location and a clean environment.
