Konum olarak arabayla biraz yokuş çıkmak gerekiyor. Zaten Kaş’ta çoğu yer böyle. Merkeze arabayla 15-20 dk. Yeni bir apart olmasına rağmen açıklamada yazan tüm imkanları sunuyordu ve temizdi. Yiğit bey çok ilgiliydi, sıcak kanlıydı. İhtiyaçlarımıza hızlıca döndü ve yardımcı oldu. Genel anlamda çok memnun kaldık. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz 🌸

Eve inanılmaz derecede temizdi. Bir evde olması gereken her şey ve fazlası mevcut. Şehre sadece 5 KM uzaklıkta ve 500 metre mesafede plaj var. Türkiye'de kaldığım AirBnb evleri içerisinde en en iyisi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim

Arkadaş ve aile grubu olarak planladığımız seyahatten çok memnun olarak evden ayrıldık. Ev sahipleri anlayışlı, düşünceli insanlardı. Ev çok temizdi, ince detaylar düşünülmüştü, küçük eksiklikler ev sahibi tarafından çözüldü, tekrar kalmayı planlayacağımız bir ev gönül rahatlığı ile kalınabilir.

Wir möchten uns auf diesem Wege bei Erhan Bey für seine Gastfreundschaft/Informatiosbereitsschaft nochmal herzlich bedanken. Die Anlage ist die Perle in Kalkan, wir haben 2 wunderbare Oktoberwochen hier verbracht. Kalkan/Kaș bietet die Ideale Umgebung für eine 2 Wochen Urlaub. Viel Abwechslung wenn man wünscht. Besonders September/Oktober ist die schönste Zeit.

Нам очень понравилось побывать в гостях у Alper. Апартамент удачно расположен, парковка рядом, до машины не нужно подниматься, буквально под балконом курсирует автобус с пляжа и на пляж. Вид с террасы, особенно вечерний, достоин открытки. Очень зеленая территория комплекса, много тени, кажется, что большое внимание уделяется приватности гостей. Небольшие платформы для плавания имеют по несколько лежаков и как бы разбросаны друг от друга. Море - сказочно красивое, очень чистое, теплое, несколько раз приплывали черепахи. Персонал следит за санитарными мерами. Wi-Fi можно пользоваться в основном корпусе отеля. Кровати удобные, чистая постель, посуды много, горячая вода - все работало без перебоев. Заселение и выезд - быстро, удобно. Спасибо, Alper!!!

Merci Ibrahim, toutes les instructions étaient claires. La cuisine hyper-équipée en ustensiles et en petits électroménagers - Nespresso, machine à café turc, bouilloire, mixer, presse fruits,…Une décoration authentique. Une vue époustouflante. Des abords fleuris. Des chambres spacieuses. Rapport qualité prix parfait. Le logement est situé en hauteur à proximité de la supérette riche en articles de tout genre alimentaire et non alimentaire, les alcools, articles de plages,… Une navette vous relie en 3 minutes maximum à la piscine et à la beach (passage toutes les 10’ ). Des restaurants super bon sur Kalkan mais aussi tout proche comme ‘Aciktim’. Seul hic: l’absence de climatisation au rez de chaussée qui est compensé par un ventilateur.

Çok sessiz ve huzurlu bir dinlenme imkanı sundukları için kendilerine çok teşekkür ederim. Bahçesinde cana yakın kedilerin olduğu çevresindeki binaların saygın ailelerden oluştuğu güzel bir muhit. Kaş merkeze biraz uzak fakat her 20dkda bir dolmuş geçiyor eve çok yakın bir yerden .

The place was amazing! Great view, great villa :) highly recommend this stay. (There are also so many cute dogs and cats around).

Замечательное место, очень красивые виды. Много ресторанов недалеко, магазины Migros и Macro, Johnny's Cafe Bar за углом. Отличная квартира, соответствует описанию и фотографиям, всё работает. Роскошный второй этаж с большим балконом с хорошим видом, очень комфортные гостиная, кухня, балкон на первом этаже с видом на бассейн и окрестности. Отличный бассейн в паре шагов от номера, приятно провести время на бассейне. Отзывчивый хозяин, встретил, проводил, всё показал, посоветовал магазины, рестораны. Нужна машина или такси. До пляжа в Калкане можно дойти пешком, минут 10-15, обратно будет тяжело в гору из-за перепада высот, машину у пляжа оставить особо негде. Красивейшие пляжи Капуташ в 10 минутах езды, Патара в 25 минутах езды. Вход на Патару 15 евро с человека, даёт право посетить 10 раз в течение 10 дней.

The house is very spacious, modern and very comfortable. It was clean and well prepared when we arrived. One of the highlights is its beautiful views, especially from the top floor terrace. It is a little bit tucked away from the town centre but only 5 min away from one of the beach clubs and has a couple of restaurants and shops a short walk away. I would recommend it and visit again.

Özel plaj ve havuz sayesinde muhteşem 1 hafta geçirdik. 8 kişinin rahatlıkla konaklayabileceği müthiş bir ev. Temiz ve konforluydu. Kaş merkezine 10 dakikalık mesafede, lokasyonu çok iyiydi. Hızlı iletişim için Hasan Bey ve Timuçin Bey’e teşekkür ederim.

Özge Hanım son derece ilgili, bir sorunumuz ya da ricamız olduğunda anında cevap vererek çözüm bulan yardımsever bir ev sahibiydi. Ev fotoğraflar göründüğü gibiydi, banyo ve mutfak yeni yaptırılmış olduğu için son derece memnun kaldık. Evde yemek yapmak için tüm araç gereçler vardı, uzun kalmak isteyip sürekli dışarda yemek yemek istemeyenler için çok büyük bir avantaj :) Evin bulunduğu tesis son derece güzeldi, tesisin kendi sahili olması bizim için çok önemliydi, ve tabi ki deniz muhteşem! Ek olarak tesiste bulunan restorant ve tenis kortundan da faydalandık, tatilde ücretsiz tenis kortu bulmak büyük bir lüks :) Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz, yine geleceğiz!!!

We had an amazing stay at Island View Villa. Check in was so easy and the villa was spotless. Eren was just next door and super helpful and responsive, disposing of our rubbish, answering questions and even helping with our suitcases on checkout. The villa itself is stunning, even better than the photos, a lovely walk down to the old town and taxis were very easy and reliable when we wanted to save our legs! We couldn’t have wished for a more perfect stay and I would recommend this villa to everyone.

Крутая вилла с шикарным видом. С наилучшим видом в этом городе. И даже наличие одной ванной комнаты, не смогло испортить впечатление об отдыхе. Все супер. Настоятельно рекомендую.

le logement de Lars est bien placé. A la fois calme et proche du centre. l'appartement est très bien équipé, il ne manque rien (sauf peut-être un ou deux torchons de cuisine supplementaires). il est décoré avec goût, la literie est très bonne. Tout est très bien expliqué, les restaurants à proximité et toutes les activités à faire à Kaş et autours... je recommande, à 6 nous étions bien. de plus, la vue est très sympa. Merci !

Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

Thanks to Anders for this amazing apartment. I was for a week and it is the best flat which you can find for one or a couple in Kalkan if you looking for the peace, quiet and complete privacy. A wonderful apartment at the quiet Kalkan region - Kisla, which is located on the first floor of a 3-story building. On the 2 and 3 floors there were no one at home, so it was absolutely quiet for all my vacation. There is a blooming garden, sun loungers, bbq, table with chers and a swimming pool. The pool is only a 1,5 deep, but it’s 100% enough to cool down on a hot day. it is really magical how it is good. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large bed and a bed for children. I think this apartment would be great for 1, 2 or a couple with children. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything you need. The owners put a huge Welcome Pack. You can easily get from the apartment to the Patara or Kaputas beach It was a wonderful holiday and I will definitely come back again!
