A nice place to relax during our stay in Kaş. The host was very helpful and even allowed us to stay an extra night when our plans changed. A nice roomy kitchen area and double room but the twin room was quite small to share with two people .

A great apartment to spend your vacation in the town of Kaş. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We spent a week there and would happily come back again. We had amazing dinners on the balcony with a breathtaking sunset view. The host was very kind. I can definitely recommend this place! One important point that could affect your trip — this apartment, like many others in the area, is located on a hill. It might be difficult for elderly people or those with excess weight to reach this location from the town center. But if you’re up for it, you’ll be rewarded with a stunning view from your apartment.

The stay was fantastic. We felt very comfortable and right at home. The location couldn't be more perfect. You can just walk down to the most scenic area of Kas. The apartment was very spacious and had all required amenities. Providing water cooler was a very nice addition. Except for slightly reduced water pressure when both bathrooms were in use, I couldn't find a single fault with the place.

The house was clean, the view was great. The host was very caring. There was nothing missing in the house. The sofa bed in the living room was a little uncomfortable, and when it is used as a bed, it can hurt your back if you don't put a duvet or something on it. Although it is a loft, the slope of the ceiling in the area of use is never a problem. It was a very comfortable and useful house. Close to the center.

Had the most beautiful 10 day stay here. The view doesn’t even look real. We were working while we were here and spent lots of time with our laptops on the balcony. It’s very close to everything and the place is even better than the pictures. I would definitely stay here again!

Great welcome. Very available and friendly host. The property is impeccable and very well maintained. Very well equipped. The host gave us some Turkish coffee to taste and recommended a place to buy it.

We had a very pleasant 3 days in the villa. We can say that it is a comfortable and very clean place where all needs are considered. If you are looking for a vacation where you can feel special and enjoy nature and silence, you can easily choose it. If you do not have a private vehicle, transportation to the villa will be difficult, but transportation by car is comfortable and it is close to holiday resorts, beaches and historical places that can be seen in the vicinity. We were very pleased, and we would like to thank Mr. Hasan for his sincere communication.

What and amazing view from this clean and spacious 2 bedroom appartment. Gokhan was easy to communicate with. The appartment is about 7 mins by car from the centre of Cas. We parked near the appartment then walked up a driveway followed by 3 flights of stairs. The appartment is so spacious and has a huge balcony with spectacular views. We enjoyed this appartment so much. There is a little pebbled beach nearby with restaurants. Thank you Gokhan.

Cemile's place is perfect. The bed on the second floor is done the way you see the sea first, when you wake up. Great feeling, very nice. Kitchen is perfect, BBQ zone is great. Please note, the location is quite private, so you'd better have your own transport (rental car or smth)

We had a magnificent 1 week thanks to the private beach and pool. A great house that can comfortably accommodate 8 people. It was clean and comfortable. 10 minutes from Kas center, the location was very good. Thank you to Mr. Hasan and Mr. Timuçin for their prompt communication.

We were very satisfied with the whole apartment, the host sent the information very early to ask when we arrived and provided some information. We had some trouble with the car when we were looking for the house to park in the garage, but the host was quick to help us solve the problem. The house was fully equipped, we made breakfast and dinner by ourselves, the house was divided into two floors, the upstairs two bedrooms had a bathroom, downstairs, the host also had a bathroom, the host communicated very quickly, the small town amenities were not so noisy compared to kas, if the car was more recommended to stay around here for a half hour drive to kas, on the way back in the evening, we could also experience the sunset car on the way back. We had a nice two days here, if the time can be arranged for a few more days, this day is the most comfortable and relaxing

To begin with, the view from the house is phenomenal. There’s a spacious patio where you can sip coffee in the morning, have dinner or even chill at night. The bedrooms are comfortable and clean. The local is isolated yet peaceful. Although the house is located on a hill, it’s easy to commute by car in the morning and at night. The hosts are delightful and kind! Overall, everything was magical. I highly recommend staying here as a family or friends. Thanks for the best hosts.

Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

everything was as shown in the photo. The host was very interested. We loved that there was something to eat at home. We had a smooth communication. We had a very pleasant holiday. The only problem is that there are no mosquito nets in the house.

We had a pleasant stay at Hayri's place, and we couldn't have asked for a better host. Hayri's warm and friendly welcome during check-in immediately made us feel at home. He took the time to give us a detailed tour of the house, which we appreciated. The location of the property was exactly as described in the listing. Having our own car made it convenient to explore the town and its surroundings. However, it's important to note that Hayri's place is situated in the elevated part of town. While this provides scenic views, it might require a bit of effort if you plan to walk back to the house, especially for those who prefer a flat terrain. Overall, our stay was comfortable, and we found the accommodation to be well-maintained. If you're looking for a welcoming host and don't mind the uphill walk, Hayri's place is a good choice for your stay.

We’ve sadly just finished our stay in Minerva. It was the perfect base for our family of four (two teenage daughters). The apartment was well equipped with all we needed and more, including a water cooler which was a huge bonus. The beds were comfortable and the pool was our own. As stated, the accommodation is a short walk to the town centre, but has plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants even closer - it couldn’t have been better. It’s situated on a small side road so as well as being close to amenities, it’s blissfully quiet and private. In he whole, the experience with Jane and Minerva was faultless and our stay in Kalkan felt like a comfortable, sunny home from home.

Şakir was a great host. The apartment was in great condition with 5 pools, so you could always decide where to swim. The apartment is well equipped, you had everything you need to live, such as an iron or other everyday things, and the apartment was very central to the city center. Şakir continued to provide us with a lot of food which was not agreed upon before. The sea was also very close to the apartment and you were there in about 5 minutes. All in all had a great time.
