Our villa, which is about 3 km from the center of Kalkan, has a jacuzzi and an en-suite bathroom in the bedroom. There is an open plan kitchen combined with the living room. There is a dining table, 2 sun loungers, a fireplace and a swing for 2 people on the large pool terrace; there are furniture and kitchen utensils that you may need in our villa. Although the pool of our villa is above ground, the pool terrace is surrounded by wooden fences and is sheltered. Everything has been considered for conservative families and honeymoon couples.

This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Our self-made bungalow is an ideal escape for a very relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. From the small balcony you can enjoy breakfasts, overlooking the Mediterranean and the mountains. Inside the bungalow you will find a small kitchen which provides everything for preparing your breakfast (fridge, water-heater, cups, plates etc.). A small wooden bathroom includes shower (hot water available) and toilet.
