This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

The pool is shared with three villas and is located in front of Villa Rumi. Our villa is 5 km from Kaş city center. An unforgettable holiday awaits you with the unique nature and view of the Çukurbağ Peninsula, with a shared infinity pool and private sea access used by only two villas.

Our self-made bungalow is an ideal escape for a very relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. From the small balcony you can enjoy breakfasts, overlooking the Mediterranean and the mountains. Inside the bungalow you will find a small kitchen which provides everything for preparing your breakfast (fridge, water-heater, cups, plates etc.). A small wooden bathroom includes shower (hot water available) and toilet.

Our villa is a 5-minute drive from Kalkan, and there are grocery stores and restaurants in the surrounding area. The view is spectacular. Our villa awaits you, our esteemed guests, for a peaceful vacation. Our villa's pool is larger and more spacious than usual; it is 50 square meters. There is a view of the Patara Sea (visible in the distance between two mountains), albeit in the distance.

Villa Senar is a cosy sea front holiday home set on the beautiful Kas peninsula with sea views that are simply stunning. Its prime location offers seafront tranquility whilst being just a 5 minute drive from the centre of Kas town. The sea platforms are just 80 meters from the house, accessed via a shady stairway.

Our villa, which is only 10 minutes away from the city center and the public beach and was put into service in 2024, awaits you, our esteemed guests, with its unique features such as billiards, sauna, heated indoor pool (heating is subject to additional charge).
