Our apartment is 1+1. It can accommodate up to 4 people. There are all kitchen supplies. There are 2 air conditioners. 500 meters to Akçagerme beach, one of the famous beaches of Kaş. Our house has a garden. Smoking is not allowed in our apartments. Our guests can use the garden. If you want to use the barbecue area, you need to let us know 1 day in advance and it is subject to availability. There is no parking lot for our building, there are parking spaces on the street where our house is located.

With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Detached villa with sea view 5km from the center

Our detached house with sea view has a large garden. We have complete kitchen equipment, jacuzzi, fire pit, barbecue area and parking. Our house is 5 km away from the center, 1 km from the beach, and 500 meters from the market and restaurant. Our house was built in 2024. All the furniture in our house is new. You will witness the sounds of birds accompanying you while watching the sea from your bed and jacuzzi or reading your book in the hammock.

Honeymoon Villa in Kaş with Unique Sea View

A modern structure among olive trees. It has a wonderful view where you can see the deep blue sea when you wake up. Don't miss this moment. 1.5 km to the sea. The last 100 meters of the road to the villa consists of a 20% incline. The terrace of our villa is not visible from the outside. There is no heating in our pool for the winter season. FYI A damage deposit of 7,000 TL is taken. Provided that it is returned after being checked.

Our self-made bungalow is an ideal escape for a very relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. From the small balcony you can enjoy breakfasts, overlooking the Mediterranean and the mountains. Inside the bungalow you will find a small kitchen which provides everything for preparing your breakfast (fridge, water-heater, cups, plates etc.). A small wooden bathroom includes shower (hot water available) and toilet.
