Mr. Osman is a very good host, he did his best to solve a few small problems and fix the gaps. She's very understanding and solution-oriented. The house is in the center of the village and very close to everything, a very useful house in terms of design. The house had everything we needed, we did not feel any shortcomings. We had a great time for a week and it was a very nice holiday for us. If we come back, we would consider staying in one of Mr. Osman's houses again, and we would definitely recommend it. Also thanks again for his gestures.

I was delighted with Ahmet's condo living space; it was very comfortable, well-equipped, very safe and quiet with multiple outdoor sitting areas and a beautiful pool surrounded by plants. Ahmet was very responsive to every question I had and he generously provided me with excellent suggestions about historic sites to visit, how to get there and even to help me find accomodation. He arranged my ground transportation from Dalaman Airport to Kalkan. I liked very much the neighbourhood of my condo allowing me to walk into the village daily to have exercise and explore the town. This walk takes about 20 minutes down to the harbour area and is quite steep--totally walkable but one needs to be reasonably fit. I would definitely return to Ahmet's condo and to Kalkan. Wonderful stay! My wife and I had an amazing stay! The views from the house towards the mountain were breathtaking, and the pool and villa were truly wonderful. It was extra nice to enjoy the sun all day without any shade and to get to see the beautiful sunset. We also want to thank our hosts who were incredibly friendly and helpful. They really went out of their way to accommodate our requests. We are looking forward to visit this home again in the future. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Amazing location and fabulous views. We were met my Mehmet inspite of an awkward arrival time. Everything was exactly as described. Communication was excellent. We had no issues and would definitely book again. Highly recommended.

We were very satisfied with our 5-day family vacation. The house was above our expectations in every way. We did not need any shopping except for food and drink. Everything we were looking for was available at home. The host, Ms. İlknur, was also very helpful and caring. I am sure that it will make the next future guests happy in terms of both the equipment and the view of the house.

The house has a lot of charm, it's tastefully decorated. The unit is very well described and has all the accessories that are described. We enjoyed the terrace a lot but the interior is very spacious. The hosts are very friendly, accessible, they have always answered any questions we may have had. The environment is very quiet, in addition, the temperature is more pleasant in summer than in downtown Kas. If we come back to Kas we will take over this accommodation without hesitation!! The interior of the house was clean and tidy. Everything needed was available at home during the holiday (this includes barbecue supplies). The location is a quiet neighborhood 10 minutes drive from Kaş. Ideal for those who want a holiday away from the noise of the city.

We felt extremely comfortable in Berkan's house. It has an amazing view of the sea. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be. It is very tastefully decorated. The natural stone walls look very comfortable. Often we sat on the large terrace and enjoyed the view of the mountains as well as the sea. We had contact several times with Berkan's father, who probably takes care of the house. He was very accommodating, polite, likeable and helpful. We fully recommend the place.

The surroundings of the villa offered an animal friendly environment where cats and dogs roam freely. The villa is in a very peaceful location, the view was panoramic. The cleanliness of the house was fine. Thanks to its quiet environment, it was suitable for relaxing. The host's attention was also appreciated. Would recommend.

Hasan and his lovely family were great hosts! The house is amazing and had everything we needed. Felt right at home. Very beautiful with great view. Super clean and comfortable. Our kid had lots of fun in the pool and garden. We plan to go back and highly recommend it.

Everything was thought out. The kitchen supplies and all the items in the house were sufficient. There was even a cake mold and a mixer. The hosts don't care about everything for your comfort. The house garden and the pool, which are meticulous about privacy, are not visible from the outside. The pool and house were spotless. There was no internet and electricity problem. One of the things that surprised us was the pool bed and the okey set. Thanks for the details.

Two days before the holiday, I found the Tayfun Bey villa by chance. In general, the village is a peaceful village, there are no houses very close, but there are grocery stores within walking distance where you can go and buy what you want. Luckily for us, the weather was rainy and closed, and the pool season hadn't been opened yet, but we still enjoyed it. The host is always available and will be resolved if there is a problem, and we thank you again for your interest.

It was a perfect vacation and we stayed with my wife and friends. Everything was perfect for us with the sea view , pool and equipment in the house. We'll be back for summer.

Super nice provider On the day of arrival, despite the late time, he welcomed us and showed us the apartment thoroughly. He was always available and directly helped with any issues like power outages, etc. Very central, everything walking distance.

We stayed in a penthouse in this residence with a pool, located in a quiet area. Beautiful and comfortable stay. I loved everything.

We had a lovely relaxing time staying at home. The place is even more beautiful than than in the pictures, and very very clean and beautifully decorated inside as well as the terrace. The landlord really thought of everything you need for a relaxing holiday, and breakfast was also great. Thank you for the stay we will certainly come back.

The moment we stepped into the villa, we were greeted by a peaceful environment. We were very happy with the cleanliness, comfort and thoughtfulness of everything we needed. It was also a great place for our 5 year old daughter; I can say she never got out of the pool, so we found peace while watching her. The interest and friendly face of our host, Mr. Arda and his wife, Ms. Sedef, also made us feel at home. I would recommend this villa to everyone with peace of mind, which gives us these beautiful memories!

We had a very nice time at the villa. The house is clean and cozy, the view is breathtaking! We had only one problem — water was turned off twice for about an hour. Anyways, we do recommend to stay at Ismail's villa.
