Beachfront vacation rentals in Kaş

We stayed at Huma’s spacious and incredibly comfortable home for our annual family get together, and it was absolutely perfect. Our group of 7 had more than enough room, and it was so much better than being spread out in hotel rooms or other moldy villas in the area. We loved gathering by the pool to relax and celebrate—so much nicer than a crowded hotel and some other villa’s in Kalkan that we had stayed in previous years. One of the highlights was spending a fun day with everyone on the rooftop deck, all enjoying the amazing outdoor kitchen and spectacular 360 degree views.. The setting was peaceful and relaxing. Yet easily walkable to the many beach clubs, markets and waterfront restaurants nearby. Huma communicated often and provided clear, helpful instructions throughout our stay. Her home was the ideal place for this special occasion—we couldn't have asked for a better experience! A five star experience all the way.

Ms. Merve provided us with the necessary convenience both during the check-in process of the villa and during our stay. The villa was very clean and comfortable. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Highly recommend.

Everything was better than we expected. Place has a magnificent view. It’s 20 minutes walking from place to the Kas center. Very recommended!

It was a very pleasant stay. We had the opportunity to vacation in the most beautiful part of Kalkan. Mr. Özer helped with everything. All kinds of equipment that may be needed in the residence are available. There is a grocery store near the site. At Patara Resort, a minibus departs every 15 minutes from the site stop at the entrance to the pool and beach. The pool and its own beach are clean and beautiful. We dived with snorkels from time to time and enjoyed it very much. There is sea water in the pool. We had a lovely time at the pool. If possible, we will choose to stay here again in the future.

The apartment is well located: a 25-minute walk to the center or 5 minutes by motorbike, a beautiful road. 10 minutes to a cozy beautiful beach. The interior is clean, there is the necessary bed linen, towels, you can ask to change it. The host is very responsive and helpful. Wifi works well, enough for watching videos and calls on zoom. The value for money is great! Would love to stay here again!

Great location, very useful, very nice house, very good amenities both in style and comfort. Absolutely the hosts are amazing people. Mr. Cuneyt's mother greeted us and he was very kind to think about our children and offered us a cake. We went with our dog and did not have any complaints or discomfort about it. It definitely feels like home. It was a time with rain, but we can say that we did not have any problems with the temperature. The air conditioners were working, it's nice. The balcony was very pleasant, the beds are comfortable, absolutely pet-friendly and child-friendly, and I will definitely recommend them to everyone. Thanks for everything.

Mr. Erhan and his wife are extremely hospitable, they helped us feel at home, the house was very clean, everything was considered, there were treats in the refrigerator, Mr. Erhan helped us with the entrance and exit of the house, and if we come back, we would prefer the house of Mr. Erhan again, and we recommend the facility and the location to be very nice.

The stay was in a lovely little house that can accommodate up to 4 people. It only takes a 5-10 minute walk to Kalkan beach, and only 20-30 mins drive to other tourist attractions such as Pattara and Kaputaş. It has several swimming pools that are shared with other neighbors. Parking place is not a worry. We had a very good communication with Ayhan Bey. Would be ideal for people who know what they want.

We felt completely at home in Lisette’s holiday villa. The breathtaking view of the sea and the stunning infinity pool were simply heavenly. The terrace, adorned with vibrant flowers and a beautiful lemon tree, was an absolute dream. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Lisette gave us wonderful recommendations for things to do in the area. We followed every one of them and discovered so many new and delightful places—like the fantastic traditional Turkish breakfast in the mountains. The location is incredibly peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The villa itself is exceptionally well-maintained. Every two days, the flowers were watered and the pool was cleaned, which added to the feeling of being truly looked after. Kalkan is a charming little town with excellent restaurants, and we will cherish the memories of this unforgettable holiday for a long time to come. The best stay!!! Villa is magnificent, the view is crazy cool (seating on terrace with wine watching sunsets, Kalkan, rocks and sea - unbelievable!). Villa is clean, amazing view from each room, interior is very authentic in noble Turkish style. The resort around villa is gorgeous (orange trees, rocks, restaurants - amazing!) The supermarket is nearby so you could cook fresh feta salad or order fresh bread and enjoy your breakfast on the terrace. The way to Kalkan is a short beautiful walk! Recommended!

this is a lovely villa with an east facing view of the sea. it is located about halfway between Kas and Kalkan. the private pool is quite nice

Villa Limon is beyond wonderful! In all of our travels it is one of the best places we’ve stayed. Mr. Seder who greeted us upon arrival was so friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect. We hope to return for a longer stay.

Ferhan is a great host who welcomes with such a warmth and is always there to help with anything. Accommodations are just like in the pictures, equipped with everything you need and spotless clean. Villa was great and well kitted out. Modern, clean and really comfortable. The views across the bay are what makes it throughout the day. Easy location from Kalkan centre - 10 min walk. It’s quite hard to find but Samet was on hand to direct our taxi driver and sent a specific locator to make it seamless. Would love to go back soon!

This is truly the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in! The photos do not do the view justice! It is a gorgeous apartment, beautifully furnished, and the view is breathtaking. Morning coffee looking out over the Kas harbor and the sea were perfect, as were the sunsets! It was magical. The host was very responsive, refilled the chilled drinking water almost immediately when it ran out, and gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. The pool is lovely and a perfect way to cool off after the hike up the hill from the harbor. It definitely requires one to be quite fit, but you could also take a quick 3 minute taxi ride. We enjoyed the exercise and the reward of being at the the beautiful, peaceful Lemon House. Highly recommend this property! Thank you again.

The view of the house was great, Mr. Şenol was very helpful with everything. Due to the natural location of Kaş, it was a bit of a nuisance that everything was uphill. Other than that, I enjoyed a wonderful nature as if I was at home. Many thanks to Mr. Şenol

What an amazing view, the infinity pool was lovely as well. Lots of local cats come and play in the backyard if you wanna play with them.
