We stayed at Huma’s spacious and incredibly comfortable home for our annual family get together, and it was absolutely perfect. Our group of 7 had more than enough room, and it was so much better than being spread out in hotel rooms or other moldy villas in the area. We loved gathering by the pool to relax and celebrate—so much nicer than a crowded hotel and some other villa’s in Kalkan that we had stayed in previous years. One of the highlights was spending a fun day with everyone on the rooftop deck, all enjoying the amazing outdoor kitchen and spectacular 360 degree views.. The setting was peaceful and relaxing. Yet easily walkable to the many beach clubs, markets and waterfront restaurants nearby. Huma communicated often and provided clear, helpful instructions throughout our stay. Her home was the ideal place for this special occasion—we couldn't have asked for a better experience! A five star experience all the way.

one of the most beautiful places I"ve ever stayed at. Saime and her family were so incredibly kind to us in so many ways and answered any qs within minutes. one tip for renters is to rent a 4x4 or a powerful SUV as the immediate roads next to the villa are really steep and in bad shape. our sedan was able to handle them but a 4x4 or SUV would have been better. do not let the bad roads put you off. amazing amazing place with incredible views. I will def rent again. thank you Saime.

Mr. Erkan is a very kind, very understanding and very caring host There's nothing to say about the cleanliness of the house, it's perfect Everything you can think of has been thought of in the house, we thought what was missing in the house, there is only a shoehorn, imagine such a house 😀 When we woke up in the morning, tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplants and peppers collected from the garden were in front of our door, which made us very happy. All the items in the house work perfectly If we have time, we'd like to come back.

Süleyman is a very caring host. I had a very relaxing and peaceful week with my two little kids. There was nothing missing in the house, on the contrary, everything you might need was available. I definitely recommend this place for those seeking calm and peace.

The view, cleanness of the house and everything was perfect. Absolutely recommend everyone. We stayed 5 days and it was a great holiday.

The house was even nicer than it looked in the pictures, the host assisted with the check in and responded to every query, including giving local recommendations. Location far from the center but we already knew this when we booked. Very enjoyable pool, barbecue, and view. The house had everything we needed.

Beautiful villa on the lovely Kaş peninsula. We lived there for a week and had a wonderful time. Dom was very helpful and responsive when we needed something and the villa maintenance guy Omer was also very friendly. The villa had everything you may need during your stay - microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, a variety of cutlery. We greatly enjoyed the pool and the darts there. The only downside for us was that the villa had 3 bedrooms upstairs with pleasant views and 1 bedroom downstairs that is available from the different entrance and as we were a company of 6 people willing to use all the 4 bedrooms it was hard to decide who would stay in that last bedroom. Otherwise everything was perfect. Thank you, Dom and Omer, for making our vacation so nice!

My family and I stayed once more at Efes properties, and the accommodation was spotless as before, the properties are well maintained and haven’t changed in appearance from two years ago. Efe upgraded us to the largest of the three properties at no extra charge, which was appreciated, and we enjoyed the stay with several self-catered barbecues. Looking forward to a return in the coming years. Thanks again, Efe! It is always a pleasure to be in Kalkan at your place.

Wonderful villa with breathtaking views all around. We’ll equipped and spotlessly clean. We didn’t meet Ilkay but Erjan the maintenance guy was very attentive and helpful. Kas is a delightful town and we fully recommend Kaptan Pide for tasty pide all day long! Thank you for a great stay.

Kagan was a wonderful host. He met us upon checkin to answer all of our questions and give us a tour of the rooms and amenities. He was also very helpful with guidance on things to do in the area and where to eat, taking into account our personal preferences. The house is stunning and homey. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you may need - we felt right at home! The only issue we had was some electrical outages at different points during the trip, but Kagan was very responsive and rectified each issue as soon as he could. We hope to stay here again soon!!

An absolutely beautiful villa, just as the pictures show, the view is so fantastic and it feels very private. Very well equipped kitchen and a lovely outdoor BBQ area with running water to this. Walkable to a couple of restaurants but requires the shuttle/car/taxi to get to Kaş. A perfect stay all around!

This was my first time visiting Turkey, and I had no idea what to expect. After quite a bit of research, I decided that I wanted to stay in Kaş. The city is absolutely delightful! The people are wonderful, the food is amazing, and the scenery is breathtaking! This villa is located right at the end of a large peninsula, and it offers the best view in Kaş. Seriously, words just can’t describe how amazing this house is! It’s beautiful in the pictures, but it’s even better when you arrive, and see it in person! When we arrived, the place was spotless, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the WiFi worked great! I am not exaggerating when I say that this place was the epitome of perfection! Every detail exceeded my wildest expectations. Sanem was a fantastic host, as well. Very attentive, and easy to communicate with! If you’re looking at this place, and you’re still deciding if this is where you want to stay, trust me, it is! 💯

Cüneyt’s home is likely one of the best kept secrets of Turkïye! The home is spacious and well equipped and the pool and private access to the sea are incredible. For a big group of people, everyone is able to have their own space but there are also spaces big enough to gather. The home is only a short drive to town where there are lovely restaurants and more public beaches. Would highly recommend and would love to return!

Brilliant place and lovely mid week clean

Our stay here at Villa Calico was spectacular! One of the best holidays ever - beautiful views lovely and peaceful location the Villa was wonderful with everything that we needed and more ! Our family of seven thought we had died and gone to heaven ! Would definitely recommend this property and we will be returning again Excellent holiday 😎

Mr. Erhan is a very friendly and super host. He greeted us privately as we entered the house and had a very friendly attitude. The house was very, very clean. I'm a very meticulous person and I check the cleanliness as soon as I enter the house, but the house was clean. There's everything you can think of in the kitchen. From the coffee machine to the air fryer. It's literally the comfort of your own home. The furniture is new and useful, and he also had the house sprayed, even though we were in the middle of the forest, I didn't see a single ant in the house. Moments with a baby, insect fly sting :). There were even documents with the Ministry of Health banderoles that he put in the house for the cleaning of the pool, etc. Thankfully, they even put home-made water, wine, and fruit in the house for us Thank you so much to him. If you want to have a clean accommodation experience in nature, I think this is the place you will prefer. You can stay safely

This is such a beautiful villa with stunning mountain views. If you want a peaceful place to stay, this is it. I would highly recommed hiring a car as it is quite far from shops, etc. Onur was highly responsive and checked in on us to make sure we were settling in well. It was a much nicer villa than the one in the photo. The availability of items such as towels, microwave, plates, forks and spoons was good for us. A place you won't regret staying.

This place is magnificent. The location and views are stunning. The house is beautiful and very spacious. The kitchen is well-equipped with absolutely everything we needed and more. Our host, Şehnaz, was amazing! She provided us with detailed information about the location, which made it so easy to navigate, she was very responsive and super helpful. Overall, this is the BEST place to stay on the peninsula.

Mehmet was very supportive and thoughtful throughout our stay. He organized free airport transfer for us, gave amazing recommendation for boat trip (ask him to share the contact details) and provided a lot of recommendations on local restaurants, places of interest, stores. The house is beautiful and well maintained. It is not child proofed, so with small children you need to be prepared to follow them everywhere. But I assume that it is the same in most villas in the area. The pool is big enough, the water temperature was perfect even for our family members who are always cold 😅 Beautiful beach club with easy access to the sea for children and many water activities is just 3 minutes walk. I highly recommend the villa and Mehmet as a host.

It was a quality and decent environment as it appears in the photos, it was very peaceful to wake up every morning with the sounds of birds and watch the sunset on the swing in the evening. It was also a very high quality service in terms of cleanliness. I wish Mr. Kemal continued success in his service approach, which I can recommend with peace of mind, thanks to his informative and relevant behavior in all matters. Go enjoy the pool and peace :)

We couldn't fault this villa - it's great. Modern and clean and comfortable with lovely views and we had everything we needed. It's a residential area with stunning views over the houses in front out to sea. The location wasn't accurate so we weren't quite where we thought we were going to be but I can see the location has now been corrected. The villa is a 7-10 minute walk to Kalamar Beach Club (downhill there/free shuttle back up). Carrefour supermarket is about 15 minutes uphill. Old Town/Harbour is a 7 minutes taxi ride. Taxis are the way to go and super easy to organise - Baris leaves the taxi number in the villa. From the Old Town you can get boats to other Beach Clubs. There aren't many restaurants in this area, that we found anyway, but it didn't bother us as the Old Town and Harbour is great in the evenings for shopping, drinks and food. We can highly recommend this villa and Kalkan in general - we were a family of 5 with 3 teenage boys and all loved it.

It was a wonderful accommodation experience! 🌟 The villa was exactly as I saw in the ads, and it was even more beautiful. Its location is very central but also quiet and peaceful; it is a few minutes away from the market, beach and restaurants. The house was sparkling clean - everything from kitchen equipment to bed linens.  The decoration of the house is tasteful, the rooms are spacious and full of sunlight. It was especially enjoyable to have morning coffee on the spacious terrace. The pool was also well-maintained and the water was refreshing; perfect for relieving the tiredness of the day.  Communication with our host was perfect. From the time of booking to the moment of checkout, we received immediate, friendly and solution-oriented answers to all our questions - we felt really special. In short, we had a 10 out of 10 experience in terms of location, space, communication and cleanliness. If I come to the area again, I will stay here without hesitation; I recommend it to my friends and family with peace of mind. Thank you very much, Mr. Mehmet
