Great apartment with a giant terrace with a perfect view to the sea and a Greek island. The apartment itself is not very big (though big enough), but together with the terrace it feels very spacious. We stayed there for three nights, had a breakfast on the terrace every morning, and one time cooked a dinner. The beds are comfortable, AC works well, everything you need is there (apart of a juicer, but we bought one in a supermarket). The apartment is a bit out of the center of the town, which makes this place quiet. Still, if you want to reach any place in Kas, it's in a walkable distance - you will need to climb the hill, but there are stairs, which makes it a bit easier. Parking is right under the terrace, and the roof protects the car from the heat. I would definitely recommend this place for everyone coming to Kas.

Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

The apartment is lovely with an amazing balcony and great views. All the facilities were good and the kitchen was well equipped and easy to cook in. The pool was lovely and always quiet- again the views from the pool are unbeatable. We walked to the town in around 10 minutes (down a steep hill). We mainly caught taxis back as the hill is steep and it was very hot but that was always easy and around TL170-200 per trip so not expensive. Kas itself is lovely- lots of restaurants, platform beaches (Hilary's recommendations were the best- Lemonya and boat trip to Limangazi). We also enjoyed a longer boat trip to Kerkova. Hilary was very friendly and responsive and helpful with anything we needed- the welcome food and wine was much appreciated.

Excellent stay, I have enjoyed a lot and it was even sad to check out. Kitchen is very well equipped, TV, got Netflix on it. 5 mins walk to crowded city center and all the fancy cafes. Up hill on the way back home after, but I am totally fine with 5 minutes exercise like that, for me it was a benefit. Ahmet and Marie are super nice people, I am honored to meet them.

Our second year returning to the Melissa Apartment and we felt like we were returning home. The location is so lovely, the apartment just perfect and we had another fantastic holiday in Kalkan. We especially love to BBQ of an evening by the pool overlooking Kalkan harbour by night. Thank you for another lovely holiday 😊

We’ve sadly just finished our stay in Minerva. It was the perfect base for our family of four (two teenage daughters). The apartment was well equipped with all we needed and more, including a water cooler which was a huge bonus. The beds were comfortable and the pool was our own. As stated, the accommodation is a short walk to the town centre, but has plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants even closer - it couldn’t have been better. It’s situated on a small side road so as well as being close to amenities, it’s blissfully quiet and private. In he whole, the experience with Jane and Minerva was faultless and our stay in Kalkan felt like a comfortable, sunny home from home.

A very calm and cozy place with an amazing view. Onur is a very helpful and friendly host. Our stay was pleasant and comfortable.

8 minute walk to downtown and 12 minute walk back. My wife’s and very fit and know that a non-fit person would find it difficult to walk there and back. For us it was amazing and far enough From the clubs downtown

Logement parfait en tout point : - grande terrasse avec vue - hyper bien équipé avec TOUT ce dont vous pouvez avoir besoin, même ce à quoi vous n'auriez jamais pensé - emplacement au calme mais à distance de marche de toutes les commodités (micros, café, restaurants) et au pied du grand marché du jeudi. - stationnement facile - une propreté comme j'en ai rarement vue - la clim dans les pièces principales - un hôte hyper réactif, très agréable et très serviable. bref, à recommander +++ Vaut bien 5/5 et son statut de superhôte

Chris was so interested before our arrival. Answered our questions in a timely manner provided us with the necesaary information and tips. Vildan Hanım and Ender Bey also helped us with the problems during our stay. They were easy to reach and quick to act. The stay was just wonderful. We were extremely happy and satisfied with every detail of the house and its facilities. If we will have the chance, we would be more than eager to stay there next year as well. P.S. there was no spare sheets or towels, this might be the one small thing we can complain. But contacting with Vildan Hanım, she solved our problem right away.

Dairenin konumu, manzarası gerçekten çok güzel, akşam havuz başında güneşin batışını izleyebilirsiniz, denize de yakın olması büyük bir avantaj, evin konumu itibariyle havadaki nemi hissetmiyorsunuz gerçekten çok memnun kaldık, kışın da gelmeyi olanlıyoruz.

Ev hem konum olarak hem de ihtiyaçları karşılama açısından oldukça başarılıydı. Tertemiz ve her şey düşünülmüş bir evdi. Gürsel Hanım iletişime geçtiğimiz her konuda anında dönüş yaptı. Havuzunun olması çocuklu aileler için ideal dışarıda olmadığız zamanlarda kızım hep havuzda vakit geçirdi.

Eine unkomplizierte und freundliche Kommunikation von Anfang an. Freundlicher Empfang, durften sogar schon in der Früh einchecken. Es gab Salz, Pfeffer, Tee, Kaffee, Reinigungsmittel in der Küche und im Bad. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich. In der Küche gab es alles was man braucht und sauber. Möbeln und das Bett sehr sauber und überall in der Wohnung hat es so gut und frisch gerochen. Extra gut riechende Seife im Bad. Alles war liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich echt sehr wohl. Die Aussicht und sonst alles genauso wie auf den Bildern. Nicht nur der Pool sondern die ganze Terrasse wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt, geputzt, so dass kein Staub war. Die Hausbesitzer haben uns geschrieben ob eh alles passt und ob wir zufrieden sind. Das ist sehr nett und gastfreundlich. Wir sind oft zu Fuß zum Zentrum gegangen aber man kann auch Taxi rufen. Es gibt kleine Einkaufsmärkte in der Nähe die zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Dankeschön:)
