Monthly Rentals in Kanto Region

I stayed here for a month while working in Tokyo — I only needed to be most central a few days a week, so was happy to be based in a smaller, more local neighbourhood for the majority of my time. There's everything I needed locally, & Tachikawa was nearby for more hardcore shopping. The nearest train stations are quite a walk away, so I wouldn't recommend it if you plan to commute far or want to be elsewhere most days. The flat itself is very well kept & furnished with nice gadgets to make daily life comfortable (e.g. electric blanket .. lifesaver). The host was kind, responsive & helpful — I knew that if I needed anything, she would help. I felt looked after & also had privacy. The internet worked well, the bathroom great. There was everything I needed to cook most meals in the kitchen. Supermarkets 10-15 mins walk away. Gym & library 15-20 mins away. I hope to return to Kunitachi next time I'm working in the city.

Great location and short walk to two different stations. Not as many restaurants in the area, but you’re only about 20 min from Shinjuku by bus/train. The place has rentable scooters at the front door which is very convenient. Simple check-in process. Place worked well for an extended stay.

Stayed for 2 months and I really recommend it. The place was clean and fully equipped (and I really mean it)! There's a washing machine, hair dryer, even towels, tide pods and shampoo, cutlery of all kinds, an iron and ironing board, a vacuum, pots, pans, you name it it's there. The location is great too, approx 15 min to Chiba station on foot even though google maps suggests it takes longer. The host was very kind too and even offered to take me to a museum. If I'm ever back here I'm going to book again.
