We had a fantastic stay at Reiko’s place in Machida! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was super convenient, with a grocery store and a 7-11 just a short walk away, making it easy to grab essentials. The nearest train station is about a 12-15 minute walk, and from there, you can reach most parts of Tokyo in about an hour, making this a great spot for those who want a peaceful stay with easy city access. Reiko was an absolutely wonderful host! She lives downstairs, but the apartment is completely private on the upper floor. She was incredibly kind and thoughtful, even leaving us some delicious food and snacks upon check-in, which was such a warm welcome after a long journey. Communication was smooth, and she was always available for any questions. If you’re looking for a cozy, well-located stay with a truly exceptional host, this is the perfect place. We would love to stay here again!

Great value, so convenient near the train station and access to the airport. Surprisingly quiet and peaceful.

My host is an exceptional woman. Kind, helpful, attentive to needs, clear in her explanations of visits. Breakfast, which is not included in the price of the room is offered free of charge and is hearty and nicely presented, fruits already cut out, every day sushi, fried chicken, toast, etc. A heated blanket is slipped under the mattress to warm up the bed if you're cold. One night, I went to a dance show on the other side of the city and there were no buses to get back after 9pm. My host immediately offered to pick me up with his car. This gesture was straight to my heart. My host is one of the people we can't forget. I recommend her place 200%.

The hot spring was good.We also enjoyed the sauna.The theater room was also good. It was unfortunate that the barbecue grill fire was quickly extinguished due to strong winds, and as a result, we were unable to barbecue, but the meat was also burned in the oven, so it was a result.

Clean and fantastic location!

Perfect place - close to Atami stations for local trips. I liked breakfasts and onsen. Also nice view from balcony. Staff is keeping rules so you can really relax and there is no noice after 22:00.

Mariko was wonderful! She was very kind and accommodating and checked in with us throughout the stay. She was very helpful as someone who has lived in the area for 20 years she gave us information about when things closed and how to get around. She also cooked us a lovely breakfast and was able to accommodate for me being vegetarian which I really appreciated and made us at a time to suit us which was very sweet. The room was warm and cosy and we both slept well. The bathroom was clean and had everything you needed. I would definitely recommend to anyone in the Nikko area, it'll feel like you're right at home!

It was nice to have a clean facility, and it was nice to have a jacuzzi and a hot spring.

Good position, just near the beach. You can have a BBQ in night while listening to the singing of wave, very good experience. Just room is a little bit small.
