I was able to feel at ease during my stay with smooth communication from booking to checkout, and I had a pleasant stay with the facilities as pictured. The bedroom and other areas were cleaner than I imagined and very comfortable.The towels were so fluffy that it became a topic of conversation during my stay. The explanation was easy to understand, and I was able to solve everything by reading it. I would like to stay again if I have a chance. Thanks again!

Incredibly beautiful cabin with a unique character and great atmosphere. Noriko went above and beyond to ensure instructions were clear; from directions, check in, in home instructions, and recommendations nearby. Bathroom was 11/10 and gorgeous. Place was cold when we got there but provided heaters warmed it up very quickly. For those going there, Google maps directions brought you right to the front and was easy to find. If visiting during the winter season, make sure to have at least studless snow tires as roads are very icy.

I was able to relax in the open garden.There were also plenty of manga and games, and I wanted to stay longer and take a walk by the sea.Also, the seasonal decorations and the cuckoo clock were very soothing.I want to use it in the summer.

Fantastic stay! Staff were very helpful and lovely. The location is amazing. Surrounding by bush, very peaceful. We had use of the private onsen which was very spacious and lovely. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to have a break from the cities

We had an amazing 5 nights here. The house is well-built, well maintained and very clean. Peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Relatively easy to locate via Google Maps even though no instructions were given. Host's response is slow for check-in instructions. We had to download an app, register an account, send the QR code to Line before the trip to get access to the door lock on the day of checking in. Instructions could have been clearer with faster response. After we had access to the house, a staff came over to show us how to operate the devices, and we could use the bbq as well. Kitchen was well equipped. The beds are on the softer side but we still had a good sleep. Pillows were great! Shower pressure is good. Fireplace was under maintenance but the heated flooring on the 1st floor was great.

Beautiful and comfortable house with everything you could need. It’s a little out of town, which suited us. Shuttle bus close, and 10-15 min walk to the lift if you don’t want to wait for the shuttle. Very helpful hosts at Altitude. Only thing is communication on this platform was not great; instead they are responsive via email. Highly recommend this place
