We had a fantastic stay at Reiko’s place in Machida! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was super convenient, with a grocery store and a 7-11 just a short walk away, making it easy to grab essentials. The nearest train station is about a 12-15 minute walk, and from there, you can reach most parts of Tokyo in about an hour, making this a great spot for those who want a peaceful stay with easy city access. Reiko was an absolutely wonderful host! She lives downstairs, but the apartment is completely private on the upper floor. She was incredibly kind and thoughtful, even leaving us some delicious food and snacks upon check-in, which was such a warm welcome after a long journey. Communication was smooth, and she was always available for any questions. If you’re looking for a cozy, well-located stay with a truly exceptional host, this is the perfect place. We would love to stay here again!

静かで自然豊かな村で、開放感の溢れるゆったりとした時間を過ごせました。周辺はコンクリートの高いビルやチェーン店はなく、アルプス高原が広がる素晴らしい景色を眺めながらドライブを楽しめます。 近くのスーパーでは地産の山菜や地鶏など他県では見られない食材がたくさんあって色々と試すのが楽しかったです。 お部屋は天井が高く広々としていて和室もあり、調理器具が十分あるので自炊が楽しめます。 薪とタオルは持参必須です。 お隣りに住まれているホストさんはチェックインの時に親しみやすく説明をしてくれました。心温まる素敵な場所に泊まらせていただきありがとうございました。

Great value, so convenient near the train station and access to the airport. Surprisingly quiet and peaceful.

温泉がよかったです。サウナも楽しめました。シアタールームもよかったです。 強風でバーベキューグリルの火がすぐに消えてしまって、結果バーベキューは出来なかったのは残念でしたが、オーブンでお肉も焼けたので結果オーライでした。

Wir waren Ende April in Tokio bei der Familie Terakoshi zu Gast und haben unseren Aufenthalt extrem genossen. Die Unterkunft war klein, aber für uns zwei vollkommen ausreichend. Die Matratzen waren sehr bequem, wir haben geschlafen wie Babys ;) Die Küche hatte alles, was man so braucht - einen Wasserkocher, einen Kühlschrank und ein Gefrierfach, eine Mikrowelle und ausreichend Geschirr. Das Badezimmer war mit einer beheizten Toilette (wir sind verliebt!) und einer kleinen, aber sehr angenehmen Dusche ausgestattet. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und die Familie hat uns ganz genaue Anweisungen und Beschreibungen geschickt. Die Umgebung der Unterkunft war perfekt, wir konnten sehr viel zu Fuß machen, weil sie so zentral zwischen den vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten liegt. Gleichzeitig ist das Viertel Akasaka ruhig und angenehm. Wenn wir einmal die U-Bahn gebraucht haben, waren wir schnell bei der Chiyoda- oder der Ginza-Linie. Ein toller Aufenthalt, vielen Dank für alles!

Perfect place - close to Atami stations for local trips. I liked breakfasts and onsen. Also nice view from balcony. Staff is keeping rules so you can really relax and there is no noice after 22:00.

Mariko was wonderful! She was very kind and accommodating and checked in with us throughout the stay. She was very helpful as someone who has lived in the area for 20 years she gave us information about when things closed and how to get around. She also cooked us a lovely breakfast and was able to accommodate for me being vegetarian which I really appreciated and made us at a time to suit us which was very sweet. The room was warm and cosy and we both slept well. The bathroom was clean and had everything you needed. I would definitely recommend to anyone in the Nikko area, it'll feel like you're right at home!

施設も綺麗で、ジャグジーも温泉が出てきて良かったです。

Good position, just near the beach. You can have a BBQ in night while listening to the singing of wave, very good experience. Just room is a little bit small.
