Large house with easy access to the highway and technopark area. Good greenery around the house and house felt very cool for the humid climate probably due to the trees around. Host Vinod and his father (who stays nearby) are always reachable and quickly respond to requests. On Google maps, use 'Infinity car clinic' as the landmark.

Before check-in itself, Saranya has initiated to contact me and guided the route very well. She has understood our requirements specific for our personal function, and proactively suggested to retain some rooms for additional time with a nominal charge. It was a great chance for a get-together with no surprises. Excellent!!!

It was really nice , unlike most places they have a dedicated assistant who stays all night right outside and can help with anything , added bonus is they can provide delicious food on order .just a small drive away from beach front !

And then there's Renjith, the host, one of the kindest and most helpful people we’ve met through our travels. He was always there to assist, making sure our family felt comfortable and had everything we needed, without ever overstepping. Before leaving, I told him that whenever we’re back in Trivandrum, this is exactly where we want to stay again, and we meant it from the heart. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful, and genuinely special stay.

I booked this place for my brother’s wedding guests, and it was the perfect choice! The location is super convenient, right on the main roadside, making it easy for everyone to find. The house itself is clean, neat, and has a cozy, homely feel. It was an ideal spot for our group to stay, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place. Severly impressed by the property ambience and it is perfect place for family as well as friends. Walkable distance for the sea but it is safe during day time. only negative is bed is spring bed which is not comfortable but still it is worth place for perfect stay.

It is a heritage house in a big compound full of greenery. The house is traditional style and it was cool inside even without AC. The helper and the house were prompt in assisting and guiding with all the things. Overall a nice memorable stay.

We based ourselves at Mary Land for 5 weeks and loved every minute. From the tasty authentic breakfasts to sitting on the terrace chatting to the family and other guests. The property we stayed in is lovely and provided us with plenty of space. The surrounding area was just what we were looking for, restaurants and beaches within walking distance and easy to get to the city when required. We were made welcome wherever we went. The family are fantastic and we really feel that they enjoy having guests. You do hear the church but after a while it is just a noise you get used to. We had the best time.
