Adorable 1 bedroom cabin with a lake view

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Nestled on 16.7 acres of Alaskan land with access to a private lake. The perfect place to relax after a long day of adventure. (Property is shared with a main house, another cabin, and yurt) but there is plenty of space for privacy. The lower deck is temporarily closed for repairs but the upper deck and the gazebo are still open. Please please be certain of your booking dates. Cancelling reservations negatively impacts our small business.

There's plenty of parking for a boat, snowmobile or trailer. There's moose and caribou in the area and the back yard has many varieties of birds. There are beautiful gardens front and back and lawns.

Kristen checked in on us throughout our stay, which was very kind. Her daughter lives on the property and showed us around her garden and animals - so cool! The house looks unassuming but is absolutely gorgeous on the inside and very well equipped. It was a lovely private weekend getaway for us.

Carrie brought homemade cookies when we checked in as well as a few footballs after she saw we had young boys. The pictures on the ad are a bit outdated but that means the place is way better than we expected as they have all new furniture. Very cozy cabin with all the needed amenities.

Place is exactly as described and shown, however the house is a little older and had some wear and tear throughout. it was still a very pleasant place to stay!

The place was amazing and Jackson was very accommodating. He frequently checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. House was clean and it had a great fishing spot right out front. Would recommend.

We had a great time here. Centrally located and easy to get to fishing on the Kenai, and down to Homer. Lots of places to eat in Soldotna. The house was peaceful on a lake with birds and moose that we got to see. My daughter didn’t want to leave.

This Airbnb is ideal for a group fishing trip. It has a cozy cabin feel, with plenty of beds to accommodate a large group. Alex, the host. is super easy to work with. He went out of his way to quickly resolve an issue we ran into with one of the large appliances. If you have a large family or group going to the northeast part of the Kenai, this is where you will want to stay.
