This is a quiet, comfortable home with everything you need to relax and unwind. The driveway is gated and the area is fenced. There is a yard with outdoor furniture and a fire pit. There are many flowers and shade trees. The home is five minutes from town and between two rivers. We live next door and are available as needed. Cute cottage , 1.5 miles from kenai river and 2 miles from Centenial park,one mile from grocery store,,. Fully furnished ,freezer and fridge, Wifi ,TV, Outdoor hot tub. Bedroom is upstairs and described as a comfortable loft.The steps are carpeted and abit steep (not suited for anyone who might have issues with stairs that are steeper than normal ).Bathroom is downstairs,. Ownner on call for any needs . We live in a separate apartment on the premises.

We are located right in the heart of Soldotna with easy access to everything in town and are centrally located on the Kenai Peninsula with access to Homer, Seward, Capt. Cook State Park, and countless adventures. This location is a great jumping off point and features close access to fishing at the world famous Kenai River just a few minutes away. The cross-country skiing in town is excellent in season.
