It was. a great place, close to the airport. I had a pleasant stay at the place. It is a gated community so the security was very friendly, and did not have any problem with any help. The facility was great. Rooms have AC and other facilities as listed. The kitchen was small but OK to cook the breakfast. Over all experience was very good.

If you want to enjoy backwater stay,this is the place to spend it with Family. It's very well maintained house even though it's built in early 2000's(not sure), it needs lot of time to maintain this big house. My kids and spouse enjoyed it away from your city traffic, I recommend for a people who have their 4 wheeler if you neeed to reach in the night. Google will show some short cut which is very narrow to reach upto main road. Explore the place, we enjoyed it.

Both Abhilash and Varsha were very responsive as hosts and proactive in their communication with us. They were able to help with whatever we needed and quick to resolve any issue. We are from Australia and were here visiting family nearby. We enjoyed our stay in this spacious 3 bedroom apartment with great views! Plenty of facilities. Bed sheets were comfy and air conditioning worked great! We also felt very safe and secure in the apartment due to the high level of security at the entrance of the apartment blocks. Sajid was very attentive and made sure we were happy and comfortable. Our contact on the ground (Hashim) was also very quick to respond and accommodating to our needs. Best Airbnb in Kochi by far! This apartment blew me away to be honest. The interior design is perfect, every room was aesthetic and unique. My favourite was the view from the balcony, it looks exactly like the photos. Nancy the caretaker was a gem, she cooks great breakfast and the local coffee they have hits the spot too. I have booked this place again for the end of this month and will be booking it every time I come to Kochi. If ur looking for a 10/10 experience, I’ve tried a lot of places, trust me don’t look further, you have to experience it ! 🙏🏽
