Vacation rentals with a pool in Kakkanad

This was my first visit to Kerala with my family, and I was searching for a friendly place to stay. I turned to Airbnb and, after a few searches, discovered a beautiful river-facing apartment hosted by Amruth. I booked it right away and had a chat with Amruth, who was incredibly helpful in suggesting places to visit. His excellent local knowledge of restaurants and attractions was a huge help. The apartment itself is conveniently located in Aluva, just 20-25 minutes from Kochi airport. It’s spacious, clean, and set in a stunning environment overlooking the river—truly a home away from home. On top of that, Amruth’s friendly demeanor and trustworthy recommendations made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a safe and peaceful accommodation for family or friends. Thank you once again, Amruth!

We had a lovely stay. We are so happy with the place and service. The home is beautiful and a nice haven from the city. The pool was so nice. The team there makes you feel right at home and so comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. We had everything we needed during our stay. The host also help us set up transportation to and from airport, a day tour, and gave wonderful recommendations. I would highly recommend this house and host to others.

Fantastic place for a large group. Very responsive host, took care of all our requests in a very timely fashion. Swimming pool and game room is an added bonus, which was lot of fun for kids. Overall it is a fantastic place to stay, very upscale and pristine, highly recommended.

The Cabana was exactly as described. It is right on the beach and you have a private entry to it. The pool was amazing and overlooks the beach- it was lovely to watch sunset from here. The host was very responsive and was helpful in accommodating our large group. They even arranged home cooked catered food for us which was very tasty and took the stress out of ordering from restaurant. Will recommend 100%

The place had such a cool and calming vibe. The property is very spacious and the pool is a really good highlight. All the amenities were provided as stated. From the moment I walked in, I felt super relaxed. Was really a peaceful experience. The staff was friendly but gave us space to enjoy, which was nice. Definitely a spot I’d love to come back to when I need to unwind.

Jacob was always reachable, responded very friendly and polite and took care we had everything needed. Hence, a great host. The apartment is very impressive and taken care of with a great view. Every room has its balcony to enjoy it. The location at the waterfront is very nice of course. One gets around easiest with cars, auto rikshaw.

This was my second stay at Camper By the Bay, and it was just as wonderful as the first! This property is truly second to none—the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, the food is absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxation. My family had such a great time, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a classy yet comfortable getaway. It's a fantastic spot for families, kids, and even small parties. The views from the balconies are so peaceful, making it the perfect place to unwind. I can’t wait for my next trip back to Camper By the Bay!

We had such a cozy stay here! The property has a really warm, cozy vibe that made us feel right at home. The location is super accessible and very close to everything we needed, which made getting around really easy. The stay is actually behind the host’s main property and one of the best parts was that we were welcome to use the main pool in front. Such a big plus! The pool area is very well maintained and adds a really nice touch to the whole experience. The house itself was clean overall. There were tiny bits of dust here and there if you really go looking for it, like under the sink cupboards and all, but the bedrooms and the spaces we actually used were spotless. It really wasn’t an issue for us at all. The hosts were absolutely lovely. They were very responsive and welcoming whenever we needed anything. You can tell they take pride in making sure guests have a great experience. Honestly, just a really good spot. Would 100% stay again.
