Vacation rentals with a patio in Kachemak Bay

This place was a great place to stay! Right across from salty dogs and near lots of shops! I don’t know if it was mentioned but you have to park down the road to avoid your car being towed. Also, it may be a good idea to mention footage of the apartment. We thought we could lay down a small blow up mattress as well and there wasn’t room. Small place but perfect for a couple.

Staying at Old and Bold was fantastic! June and her husband Felix were wonderful hosts and are now my new friends. The home was immaculate and the view spectacular. It felt like staying with family. June and her three dogs were wonderful! My dog Maddie loved playing with them and June checked on her when I was away. The only thing I would say, is that the listing made it look like I was renting the whole home, but it was only the bottom floor. It ended up being better that way and my stay was incredible. I will be back!

Simple to check in very beautiful location in town yet very peaceful. The unit was very nice and modern with all the amenities needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone Nina was responsive and clear to understand A++

The location was absolutely PERFECT for our stay! We could walk to most things and also had a beautiful view from the window and porch. The decor and overall setup of the space was perfect and so well decorated!! Marya also went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable, purchasing a washing basin before we got there for my hand wash items. She really did not need to do that but it was such a kind touch, along with the snacks, umbrellas, and recommendations she provided. I would stay here a million times more if I could!! Thank you again, Marya - you truly are a gifted host!

Connie Place was ideal for our short trip to Homer. We had good weather and took advantage of the deck with the chair which looks out on the back yards.

Your best choice for accommodation in Homer. Location and view can't be beat! We were a family of three and it was the right size apartment for our two night stay. Check in and check out were smooth and easy. The balcony/deck was the perfect place to enjoy the long nights!

We enjoyed our short stay and will definitely book again when we return to Homer. Tammy has her place decorated beautifully and the view/ setting is great. Fresh muffins were a bonus with all of the other items stocked in the fridge. Bagels, jam and yogurts. Highly recommend to anyone. Tammy was very good with communication and answered anything promptly. Wish we had more time to enjoy Homer but until next time! Rob

Great place with a beautiful view. It was well stocked with all of the essentials and bedding we could need! The only thing I would note is the bluff is quite a bit closer than it looked in the photos, so I would not recommend this Airbnb if you have young children. Definitely not a negative thing as you cannot beat the beautiful location and view but something to consider if you have littles.

Joe and Aranda's place is so cozy. We stayed 4 nights and wish it could have been longer. This cabin felt like going home after exploring Homer and was also wonderful when it rained all day and we didn't go out. Recommend staying here and hopefully I can do it again when back in Homer.

This home is new, welcoming, comfortable, spacious and very well appointed. The views from the porch of Kachemak Bay and the mountain range are simply magnificent and would never get old. We had a rental vehicle, and the location was convenient to all things in Homer. Speaking of Homer, what a charming, delightful little town. We would choose your lovely home every time over a hotel. We loved this place! Everything was as described. Had a great stay and it was perfect for the 3 of us (husband, myself and 9 year old). Great communication and felt right at home.

This was a perfect location to stay in seldovia. The location is right in town and everything is walkable. We did the Ottobahn and ridge hikes which were within walking distance of the Airbnb. Ecola was very responsive and great host. She accommodated late check out closer to our ferry time which was very kind of her. The Airbnb was clean and had everything we needed. The rooms were cozy and spacious. Beds were comfy and had restful nights. I would definitely stay here again if I came to visit seldovia again.

Cori’s place was perfect, exactly as described, or better! The outdoor space and house had amazing views, is private, and the house was clean, modern, and comfortable! I would recommend for anyone who is visiting Homer and looking to avoid staying right in the city.

We had an incredible stay for a full month! The views are gorgeous, location ideal, and unit is very spacious. It was very well stocked and extremely clean. The sauna was a luxurious addition that was used often. Stacey was very easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this airbnb!

We so enjoyed our time at your home! Thanks for sharing. Every morning we’d continue to ahhh at the amazing view! Loved the stocked kitchen, extra blankets, and fans for noise. If you ever want an upgrade we’d suggest blinds in the master bedroom. Those of us with jet lag would appreciate it! But regardless it was all so warm and cozy and we would return!
