Centrally located for easy access to the Homer spit, beaches, fishing, shopping, farmers market, art galleries, grocery stores, breweries, coffee shops and restaurants. While your in the middle of town, this upstairs suite feels very private with your entry facing tall spruce trees and a small backyard. The space is equipped with one full bath, 2 bedrooms with one queen bed in each room and a full kitchen. There is wifi and a TV with ROKU setup to allow you to access your own streaming content.

From the deck, you can watch seals & sea otters play and other critters swim by. The suite has a kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave, hotplate, coffee maker, and tea kettle. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed. The Homer Shores Boardwalk is home to a candy shop, ice cream shop, restaurants, gift shops and more.

This one bedroom downstairs suite has a private entrance and sauna. It is located below our main house so there will be noise from above as we do have dogs & kiddos. Located 4.5 miles out East End Rd, 10 minutes from downtown, & the airport & Homer Spit. Unit completed in 2021 with a big kitchen, living room and bedroom. The bedroom has a queen size bed and living room has a trundle bed with two twin mattresses. Pack n play, toys & toddler stuff available, just request if needed.
