My friend and I + dog thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can only recommend it for a peaceful getaway. The house has great charm, is very clean and beautifully decorated with lots of attention to detail. The sauna, fireplace and well equipped kitchen made for a very cosy stay. Supermarkets and many different hiking areas are quickly accessible by car. Sylwia was very responsive throughout our visit and gave us great recommendations and clear and helpful instructions.

We stayed in the lovingly and well-equipped house for the second time. The hosts are extremely nice and helpful. The house is well equipped with hiking maps and tourist literature for the area. Although it does not have heating, we were provided with a fan heater, so it was pleasantly warm despite cool weather. We left a small donation for the additional electricity consumption without asking. At the house there is a small protected garden with terrace and barbecue. The vacation home is located on a barely used access road, so that children can play there. We will be happy to come back.

Monika and her family were great hosts and very helpful and kind. The house was in great condition and in a very peaceful wooded area. Parking was available on site and the checkin process was very easy as Monika came to open the door for us. Overall we were more than satisfied with the say.

Great place to stay, clean, cozy and well equipped. Great location, quiet, yet close to everything important. The host was very responsive and communication without any problems. We'd love to come back!

great we have enjoyed the only thing we missed is a sofa where you can relax in the evening that really should be in the kitchen at the dining table with corner sofa not bad but at some point it's not really nice but again that is only rest ia fantastic thanks for the super nice time

We had a wonderful time at the place! It's a really nice place to feel good to get away from it all. Environment is ideal for hiking and offers many opportunities to enjoy nature. At the same time, it was a great place to make yourself comfortable on site and relax privately with friends. Everything was clean, well equipped and decorated with a lot of love. We will be happy to come back!

Cozy, neat house in a quiet place. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave. There is also a mini sauna in the bathroom, but we didn't use it, so I can't say if it's good. The owners provide all the information in a timely manner. I recommend it.

Highly recommend! Beautiful place and run with an idea. Very friendly hosts, good location. The barn is very modern and super clean as described. Plus a friendly Piesio host. We can't wait to go back :)

It is a very nice vacation home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Nearby you can go hiking and afterwards we liked using the available grill. The host helped us with all questions without complications.

We enjoyed all the space, the pool, the tranquility and the beautiful surroundings with our whole family! Communication with Jellie went smoothly, always quick feedback to our questions. The kids enjoyed the pool and when it got windy after a few days, the hood made sure it didn't get too cold. Totally super!

Super quiet, quiet. Balia is a big advantage of this place. During our stay, we didn't mind that there were 3 cottages on the property. Full privacy

The apartment was beautiful. It's like someone's home. The amenities were not spared. I couldn't tell from the photos that the pool was right next door which was cool.!!! The terrace to sit outside was beautiful, and because the apartment is on the side, no one was walking around. The neighborhood was quiet, perfect for walking or long sleep and a short drive to the city. The kitchen and the duvets with linens were great. When it wasn't nice, we made puzzles out of the closet. Fitted a fold out table for that, I didn't have to hide it because of food. I slept on the couch and it was still comfortable to sleep. Groceries are a short walk away.

We were able to order 1kk incorrectly, there was no problem to agree on a change. Aparman 2kk is great for a family.

We had a wonderful stay at the yurt. The furnishings are very cozy and tastefully designed. The fireplace was our highlight in the evening. Since we were almost alone, we also had the spa area to ourselves. Pawel and his wife are great and experienced hosts. You can tell how much passion is in everything. So we got homemade cakes and liqueur the evening before the day of departure. We highly recommend his place.

Everything was absolutely amazing, perfect stay for hiking in the Carpathians. We kinda overlooked that we needed to bring toilet paper and towels, other than that it was absolutely great!

Stayed here for a 2nd time and we loved it.

Totally chic apartment. Great bed and dream bathroom. The only drawback for guests who want to cook is the missing sink in the kitchenette. The bowl for washing up is only semi-practical! Parking on site. And you should remember the code for the key safe. I couldn't find it at checkout on the app, but thank God I remembered.

Simple, generous space with a big garden, old village house. Clean with big and comfortable beds. Big stove has heated it perfectly, the owner was very helpful and friendly. Location neraby main attractions and a lovely view at the fileds. we will certainly be back.

Wonderful place to stay for a relaxing stay. Parking is also available directly. Everything you need is nearby and easy to reach.

We will definitely return to this house, which was both made with love and on the other hand, with an understanding of what a person needs after a day on the slopes of years. We had a great three days with the kids. quite comfortable for 8 people.

I spent a weekend here with my girlfriend and found the place very nice! It is located in the countryside and we had deer right from the front door and had visits several times a day from an orange cat. You can also go directly from the property to the forest. Also important to mention: The tiny house is a little shaky because it is on wheels. Especially on very windy days, you could tell that it rocked a little. The kitchen had enough equipment for cooking, the nearest small supermarket is 13 minutes by car. (If you are vegan, you will not find much in the smaller supermarkets, so you will find more in the next largest city (25 min by car)) Overall, we found the place very good and would recommend it at any time.

We had very nice days. The fireplace, sauna and hot tub were really great. We felt very comfortable. Unfortunately, the heating was quite noisy. A note at the beginning would have been nice and not only on request. We also found some dust and dog hair under the sofa. Not so nice with small children who play on the floor all the time. Departure at 9 AM with small children is also difficult. Overall, we are still satisfied. Thank you.

The cottage of Jaroslava was very quiet and very comfortable. The decor was exceptional, a little museum-like, everything very lovingly designed. The garden is a real paradise. Next to it is a playground, tennis court and basketball court. But it was still very quiet. The staircase to the sleeping area with sloping roof is very steep. You have to duck your head in at the top. Unfortunately, it's a little musty upstairs, but we had both windows tipped in, then it worked. Beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, so you can also cook something. There are two larger places nearby.There are also restaurants and shops. From here you can quickly reach the Prachau rocks by car and can also look at a lot of castles and castles. Many have recommended the accommodation for families with young children. I think they should be a little older, as the stairs are a bit steep after all. Otherwise, everything worked out.
