There are plenty of great places to see and a great place to start your trip. Grocery store also very close. (5 min) In winter, the nearest ski slope is 15 min by car. In December 2025, the apartment was renovated, modernized and painted, we have a new vinyl floor, a new quiet refrigerator, a design panel behind the TV with lighting.

One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 05/2026.

Nakonec vyhrála náročnější varianta - zachovat chatu, její rysy a charakter a přizpůsobit k rodinnému užívání.Nedokonalosti se nám totiž líbí a dělá to chatu zcela odlišnou od novostaveb.
