The house is protected from the north by a rock massif called the Pantheon, where there is a chapel and the ruins of Vranov Castle. Everything can be seen directly from the garden. In the garden there is also a roofed pergola with a grill in the middle, a playground, a trampoline, a magic show and swings. Possibility of parking behind the fence. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

The space is perfect for a couple, but in a walk-through living room, another guest sleeps on a sofa bed. Swimming pool, sports hall and dam are 2 minutes walk, supermarket 5 minutes, various public transport options also within walking distance, it is 20 minutes walk to the center. Free parking is available on the street. Cross-country skiing and bikes can be stored in the hallway.

Very close is also the popular Jablonecká dam - use both in summer and winter (bicycle, in-line, swimming, paddleboard, etc.) Train station about 3 min. on foot. There are plenty of great places to see and a great place to start your trip. Grocery store also very close. (5 min) In winter, the nearest ski slope is 15 min by car. Free parking in front of the house. Pets are not a problem.

In December 2025, the apartment was renovated, modernized and painted, we have a new vinyl floor, a new quiet refrigerator, a design panel behind the TV with lighting.

Skog is modern apartment designed in a minimalist Scandi style, using mostly natural materials in the interior. It has about 70m2 and includes 2 separate bedrooms. One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 03/2026.

Chalupa je plně vybavena od kuchyně až po dětský koutek. Pod pergolou je venkovní posezení, sauna a ledová sprcha. Lyžařské areály se nachází v blízké vzdálenosti od domu. V létě pak doporučujeme procházky po krásných cyklostezkách. K dispozici v chalupě máme krosnu pro děti.
