Alexandra's house is great for a break. Located just outside the city, but still easily accessible. We felt at home. With garden and barbecue you could really relax. The bath tub is of course the highlight.

I enjoyed our stay a lot. It was healing to be in that beautiful place! It is a big, comfortable and beautiful house at the foot of a mountain with lots of offers in the surroundings nearby. You can go hiking, canoa and there are several cafes and restaurants with very good food. I really liked to meet Dana, she is a heartwarming and helpful person. She speaks excellent English and she made us feel welcome and homelike, while respecting our privacy. Thanks again for everything 😊 Only point that could be optimized: the WiFi-connection was a bit weak sometimes. So if you are not from chec republic I recommend to make sure you have access to data roaming.

I really enjoyed staying here. It's a cute little apartment off to the side of town. There' a great walking trail just a little up hill. Petr's dog is ridiculously friendly, just wants to lean on you and be pet. :) If you have mobility issues, ask about the stairs - they're pretty steep, feels more like a ladder. Makes for a very cute bedroom feel, though!

Absolutely more than a cozy, quiet environment... Thanks to the very high quality and above-standard amenities, we enjoyed the weekend to the maximum! Sauna, BBQ, fireplace! big couch and table, perfect for our large group. We slept beautifully (everyone immediately noticed quality Lejaan linens:)) And very nice communication with host Terka, who thank you very much for your flexibility, professional approach and complete info before arrival. Thanks for a lovely experience!

As we arrived in the really nice and cosy appartement, we found an emergency Problem. The contact with Russel because of that, was very kind an helpful. He was very committed to find a fast solution for another accomodation, cause it was very cold outside. If the Problem is solved, we would really like to come again!

We were 7 people who all arrived separately. Everyone found the house easily. Very large and beautiful house in a nice area. Everyone had space to retreat. In the basement, the sauna and pool were awesome and the table tennis table was also used. Everything perfect. Always happy to come back.

The place was great. We didn't find anything we needed. Everything was beautifully clean, new, available. All plenty (dishes, chairs, garden furniture,..). Everything at hand, beautiful place and peace, nice communication and no problem. Overall, we were extremely satisfied and would love to come back.

Exceptional accommodation in a beautiful environment. The welcome from Ivana and Anton was very warm. The cottage is extremely pleasant and super comfortable, all with impeccable cleanliness. Very complete equipment except for a laundry area that would benefit from being reserved for tenants. But there is the option to do laundry at Ivana's. Communication with Jaroslav was always very good, he answered all the questions we had. The appartment itself was very clean and had all we needed. The kids loved the pool and the spacious garden. We will remember our week over there as a perfect holiday with the sweetest hosts.

Great accomodation! The house is new, modernly furnished, very clean and well equipped. We didn´t miss anything. We had a great time in this beautiful holiday home. Liberec and the surrounding area are absolutely worth a trip. There is a lot to discover. Check-in was very easy. Contact and communication with the host was always professional, uncomplicated and very friendley. One day we will come back.

Ivan’s place is just perfect if you wanna escape the city and enjoy peace and nature 🌿Beautiful fire place and home that smells like wood 🪵 Equipped very well, neat and clean. Not to mention sauna and charming little lake next to his house. We will come again for sure!

We loved the place. The apartment was well equipped. Above all, we appreciated a lot of games and toys for children. We had a bit of a problem at the beginning with the app to operate the lock at the door. Everything else was fine.

A very modern accommodation in which the owners (outside the rental) also live. The term: "Spotless" is understated in this case, as every clean room of this house could be a poster child. You could eat off the floor in every room... really in every room. Regarding the equipment, everything was available, especially toys. Communication with Lucie was easy and fast. We had a wonderful week and enjoyed the time very much.
