Ivan’s place is just perfect if you wanna escape the city and enjoy peace and nature 🌿Beautiful fire place and home that smells like wood 🪵 Equipped very well, neat and clean. Not to mention sauna and charming little lake next to his house. We will come again for sure!

The house is beautiful, super new and really comfortable. Great beds, everything you need in the kitchen. The house that is shown on the photo actually consists of two holiday houses that are rented out separately. We rented the house at the back with a wonderful view on the back garden. It was covered with snow while we were there and my kids practiced their ski/boarding skills while I watched through the window. Several ski slopes are close by (short distance by car). Ivan is a wonderful host and very accommodating. The sauna is located between the two houses and can be booked, this was not entirely clear from the ad. From the second use you pay a fee. But the sauna is really well designed and offers a wonderful experience especially with the ice cold water from the pond that Ivan cleared for us. Overall the house is absolutely recommended. Very nice house, well-maintained and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Everything - beyond the basic equipment - was available, communication always worked very well. The host is very friendly and quick to respond to requests. We would recommend the place at any time and book it again ourselves.

Dream retreat for the whole family! We were there for an extended weekend with 7 people and enjoyed staying with Michal and Andrea! The two were extremely nice and very helpful! We enjoyed the sauna, hot tub and fireplace very much and slept very well in the beds. From the property, we were within 1 hour by car in the mountain bike park, in the Giant Mountains in the ski area and for hiking. The accommodation had everything we needed and more, we could cook there very well every day and the view while eating and from the living room (with the largest and coziest sofa) was simply magnificent. We will definitely be back, next time with a larger group and then rent both houses! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ absolute recommendation!

Amazing stay in a beautiful home. Design is minimalistic yet with a great details and taste! Right next to the home is mazing quiet forest just like from fairytales. We enjoyed the stay so much! Hope to come back again, and not just once 🥰

Our stay was very nice and pleasant. Everything was clean, the kitchen was spotless and well equipped and Roman took care of everything we asked for. Weather-wise, we arrived in the month of October and it was relatively cold. In order to heat the apartment, you need to use the fireplace and chop wood. This is a difficulty for those who are not used to it and also lighting the fireplace was complicated at first. Another thing is going up to the second floor, the stairs were narrow and complicated to go up and also on the second floor was very cold despite the fireplace. The area is relatively central in the north of Czech Republic and there is a supermarket 8 minutes from the area and a nice restaurant at the entrance to the town. Finally, we had a great time at Roman's place and highly recommend it:)

Amazing villa. Clean, comfortable, fully equipped, beautifully decorated, quiet and cozy location. Our stay at the villa was most enjoyable.

Everything is in perfect order. Slightly worse availability of shops or restaurants - it's better to drive. Communication, cleanliness, amenities are completely error-free.

Attention, electricity is paid extra. In 3 nights without heating, there were nearly 1,000 crowns. Yes, it's okay, a home for a few families with children. Located in a forest, very quiet neighborhood. The nearest restaurant is over 2 km away, but it's worth it because they serve great dishes at somewhat higher prices. A home in general for moderators. Well-equipped kitchen, fire pit and barbecue area. Dogs didn't bother anyone.

the accommodation is suitable for groups of moms with children. I was told that there was no potty, so there were 2 toys for children and even two cribs. Otherwise, everything was okay. There's also a slide,carousel, and trampoline in the garden, so the kids took off.
