Ubytování bylo výborné. Čistá chata a okolí. Z fotek to tak nevypadá, ale vnitřní společenské prostory jsou mnohem prostornější, než se z fotek zdálo - velice milé překvapení. Všechno, včetně komunikace a možnosti pozdějšího check-out, bylo perfektní. Děkujeme

Ivan’s place is just perfect if you wanna escape the city and enjoy peace and nature 🌿Beautiful fire place and home that smells like wood 🪵 Equipped very well, neat and clean. Not to mention sauna and charming little lake next to his house. We will come again for sure!

The house is beautiful, super new and really comfortable. Great beds, everything you need in the kitchen. The house that is shown on the photo actually consists of two holiday houses that are rented out separately. We rented the house at the back with a wonderful view on the back garden. It was covered with snow while we were there and my kids practiced their ski/boarding skills while I watched through the window. Several ski slopes are close by (short distance by car). Ivan is a wonderful host and very accommodating. The sauna is located between the two houses and can be booked, this was not entirely clear from the ad. From the second use you pay a fee. But the sauna is really well designed and offers a wonderful experience especially with the ice cold water from the pond that Ivan cleared for us. Overall the house is absolutely recommended. Sehr schönes Haus, gepflegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es war alles - über die Grundausstattung hinaus - vorhanden, die Kommunikation hat immer sehr gut funktioniert. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und reagiert schnell auf Anfragen. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit empfehlen und selbst wieder buchen.

Traumhaftes Retreat für die gesamte Familie! Wir waren über ein verlängertes Wochenende mit 7 Personen da und haben es sehr genossen bei Michal und Andrea zu übernachten! Die beiden waren extrem nett und sehr hilfsbereit! Wir haben die Sauna, den Whirlpool und den Kamin sehr genossen und sehr gut in den Betten geschlafen. Von der Unterkunft aus waren wir innerhalb von 1h mit dem Auto im Mountainbike Park, im Riesengebirge im Ski Gebiet und zum Wandern. Die Unterkunft hatte alles was wir gebraucht haben und mehr, wir konnten sehr gut jeden Tag dort kochen und der Ausblick beim Essen und aus dem Wohnzimmer (mit dem größten und gemütlichsten Sofa) war einfach herrlich. Wir kommen definitiv wieder, nächstes Mal mit einer größeren Gruppe und mieten dann beide Häuser! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ absolute Empfehlung!

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Eine richtig schöne Unterkunft in einer schönen Umgebung. Alles super sauber, modern und schön eingerichtet. Wir waren zum Ski fahren da und es war herrlich. Vielen Dank eine 10/10 Unterkunft.

השהייה שלנו הייתה מאוד נחמדה ונעימה. הכל היה נקי, המטבח היה מצוחצח ומאובזר היטב ורומן דאג לכל אשר ביקשנו. מבחינת מזג האוויר, אנחנו הגענו בחודש אוקטובר והיה קר מאוד יחסית. על מנת לחמם את הדירה, צריך להשתמש באח ולחטוב עצים. זה קושי למי שלא רגיל לזה וגם להדליק את האח היה מסובך בהתחלה. דבר נוסף הוא העלייה לקומה השנייה, המדרגות היו צרות ומסובכות לעלייה וגם בקומה השנייה היה קר מאוד למרות האח. האיזור יחסית מרכזי בצפון צ׳כיה ויש סופרמרקט במרחק של 8 דקות מהאיזור ומסעדה נחמדה בכניסה לעיירה. לסיום, נהנו מאוד בדירה של רומן ואנחנו ממליצים עליה בחום:)

וילה מדהימה. נקייה, נוחה, מאובזרת, מעוצבת מקסים, מיקום שקט ונעים. השהייה שלנו בוילה היתה מהנה ביותר.

Vše v naprostém pořádku. Trochu horší dostupnost obchodů, případně restaurací - je lepší jet autem. Komunikace, čistota, vybavenost zcela bez chyb.

Wspaniały domek z klimatem i przemiła właścicielka! Zdecydowanie polecam!

Uwaga, prąd dodatkowo płatny. Za 3 noce bez ogrzewania wyszło prawie 1000 koron. Tak to wszystko w porządku, dom dla kilku rodzin z dziećmi. Położony w lesie, bardzo spokojnej okolicy. Najbliższa restauracja ponad 2 km, ale warto, bo serwują świetne dania w nieco niestety wyższych cenach. Dom ogólnie dla średnio wymagających. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, miejsce na ognisko i grilla. Pieski nikomu nie przeszkadzały.

ubytování je vhodné pro skupiny maminek s dětmi. Bylo mi sděleno, že na ubytování není nočník tak tam byly 2, hračky pro děti a dokonce dvě dětské postýlky. Jinak bylo vše ok. Na zahradě je i klouzačka,kolotoč a trampolína, takže se děti vyblbly.
