Real time out and pure nature, perfect for solo travelers and couples. Ideal as a quiet place for creative work. Surrounded by forest and meadows, the house has a magnificent panorama from the sun terrace. The house has 1,200 square meters of natural garden/forest. With open eyes and ears you can experience many forest dwellers. In the morning squirrels, the kite at noon, deer in the evening or the owl at night. A squirrel feeding station, binoculars and a wildlife camera are used for nature observation.

Transport connections (highway 8 minutes, bus 5 minutes' walk, shopping 8 minutes' walk) and shopping facilities can be reached in minutes. Stroll through the parks of the former state horticultural show in the small town of Burg, just 4 km away, and linger at an open-air concert on the picturesque vineyard.

The former Bismarck estate house, built in 1770 and completely renovated in 2009, is an ideal place for vacations and also workation - for working and relaxing. Our cozy chalet is located in Vorfläming in the Theeßen district of the city of Möckern/Fläming right next to our house. Here families (3 adults, 2 children) can spend a comfortable vacation. Central and excellent for hiking/biking in Fläming and the adjacent lake landscapes. The cities of Magdeburg, Brandenburg an der Havel, Tangermünde/Stendal are all at the same distance. Berlin is 100 km (A2) away. A pool and sauna are also available in summer.

We (Linda, Flori, child, child and dog) live in the beautiful small town of Pritzerbe. Pritzerbe is located about 75 km from Berlin and is optimally accessible by train. In 2013, we had the opportunity to purchase a property directly on the water. In addition to our now completely renovated single-family home, there is also the vacation home located directly on the water on the property, which has now also been partially renovated.
