In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property, which has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this first one, No. 7/4, in 2020 and YOU can come. The pretty vacation home has a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace on the south side. It is partially covered and there is also an awning for the particularly sunny days. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

Der perfekte Ort für alle, die Natur, Ruhe und Entschleunigung suchen. Die Unterkunft bietet eine sonnige Terrasse mit Sitzmöbeln, einen kleinen Wohnbereich mit offener Küche, zwei separate Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten und ein modernes Bad mit Dusche und WC. Wir bitten um eine Kaution von 200€ - diese gibt es bei Übergabe direkt zurück.

The country house from the 1930s is surrounded by 5 lakes directly on the Havel bike path. The train station with connections to Berlin and Magdeburg is a 5-minute walk away. On 160 m² there is space for 8 people on 2 floors with a living room, kitchen, dining room, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, terrace and fenced courtyard. Supermarkets, pharmacy and bakery are about 2 km away. Bus stop and free parking in front of the door. 100 m to the lake. Ideal for a holiday with a dog.

Construction trailer directly on the Havel

Our lovingly converted construction trailer is located directly on the Havel near Rathenow. As a family, we are expanding a historic three-sided farm into a regional farm, soon with vacation rentals, farm shop, farm café, event location and co-working space. On the site of a former brick factory, the “Albertinenhof” is to be a place for recreation, nature experience and education. Get to know the project during your stay or simply enjoy the nature and star park.

Small and colorful

The four-sided farm from 1890 still serves as a farm. Only the street-side house is used for living. Our guest apartments on the upper floor are now intended to create the balancing act between old and new. Yr hen Felin - Old mill in Buschow

The apartment with private entrance has been equipped to a high standard. Underfloor heating with oak floorboards, fireplace, high-quality bathroom amenities (tub + shower). The built-in kitchen with dishwasher is very well equipped and also has a Nespresso capsule machine. Time out in the tiny house Hilde/ 2 stand up paddling

Settle in in our "Hilde" - your charming retreat in a former campsite. The tiny house is superbly equipped and offers you a lot of privacy on the terrace with privacy screen. "Hilde" is the perfect place for two people or a small family and invites you to take a break from city life. The garden has space for a small tent – ideal for children or additional visitors. The tiny house is located in the third row almost directly on the lake.

Vacation home "Fährblick"

We (Linda, Flori, child, child and dog) live in the beautiful small town of Pritzerbe. Pritzerbe is located about 75 km from Berlin and is optimally accessible by train. In 2013, we had the opportunity to purchase a property directly on the water. In addition to our now completely renovated single-family home, there is also the vacation home located directly on the water on the property, which has now also been partially renovated.

Beach house Wuwi

The guest rooms and the large roof terrace offer a wonderful view of Lake Wusterwitz. Located directly on the beach promenade, a stay invites you to walks, bike tours, fishing, swimming and boat trips. Rental of two kayaks and bicycles is possible. The property has 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms toilet/sink/shower, a small guest kitchen and washing machine. No smoking inside the house and pets are NOT allowed.
