In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property. It has 5 vacation homes. This one, number 7/1, we just completely renovated last year with a lot of love and now it is looking forward to seeing you! The sunny vacation home is slightly elevated as the first house on the property, catches the sun for you and holds it (hopefully all the time ;)) for you. The sunny vacation home has a living room, kitchen with dining area, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.

Very functional but homely furnishings made of modern and natural elements: oak planks, workshop wood burner, infrared heating, sleeping mattresses in the loft area, well thought-out lighting concept. Hello, I rent my beautiful apartment in Caputh directly on the water, overlooking Lake Templin. From the bedroom you can access the balcony and enjoy the lake view. A 1.60 m wide box-spring bed ensures a good night's sleep. A TV, a small stereo system and some board games are also available. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can have a great breakfast there. There is also a shower room.

We can absolutely recommend the house on Lake Molchowsee. We spent 5 wonderful days there and enjoyed the house, the tranquility and the lake very much. The house is very comfortably furnished, we didn't miss anything. The terrace is also fantastic, which is equipped with comfortable seating furniture and, like the house, offers a great view of the lake. We used the canoe belonging to the house a lot, especially since we had fantastic weather for the end of October. Communication with Christan was very informative and friendly. We will be happy to come back.

I had a very relaxing stay. The place has everything you need, is very quiet and just a short walk from the beach, which was also very nice and quiet at this time of year. Ellen was very nice, gave a lot of hints and tips and check-in and check-out were super straightforward. Nice location to explore the city of Brandenburg also on foot.

We met there with family and had a very good time. The house has three beautiful rooms apart from the bedrooms, which can be used for various leisure activities. Especially the area on the upper floor is also very bright and spacious, so we could also do relaxed gymnastics and weight training. The kitchen is so well equipped that we took all the cooking utensils for free. Anyone who wants to cook well will probably be very happy. Opposite are a couple of cute highland cattle.

A wonderful experience that I wouldn't want to miss. The apartment is so nice, quiet, well insulated. Sandra and Tobi not only offered me a place to stay, but a home. Maximum care, I am inspired. Thanks especially for the mattress topper and the nice hours together. Breakfast on the terrace with lake view, what more could you ask for?

We were very warmly welcomed and had a wonderful stay at Claudia's on Markkleeberger See. The location is magnificent and you are immediately at the lake. In 3 minutes, you will be at the official beach and there are also several restaurants. The connection is great. You can get from Leipzig by tram line 11 directly to Markkleeberg Ost (about 30 minutes from the train station) and then walk only 5 minutes to the accommodation. We didn't need a car the entire time. Not far away is also a bicycle shop where you can rent bicycles. We explored the beautiful surroundings and Leipzig. We highly recommend the place!

We had a lovely time at the vacation home. The house has everything you need, is stylish and thoughtfully furnished and very clean. The location is also uniquely beautiful. From the first floor - and especially from the second floor - you have a beautiful view of Lake Hain. This can be reached within a minute's walk. Kerrin is also a very pleasant and accommodating hostess. We will be happy to come back.
