A house on the lake between Berlin & Potsdam

This is a classic rbnb. We rent our private rooms to private individuals. Not to companies and fitters - please refrain from bookings that are not for yourself. Our vacation apartment is located directly on the lake, is renovated and equipped to a very high specification (approx. 90 square meters). There is a large double bed (200 x 200) and a sofa bed separated only by a CABINET sliding door. (No noise insulation - therefore not very soundproof). Mooring for boats by arrangement. It is 500 m to the Berlin city sign. To Wannsee train station 10 minutes by bus, and from there you can reach the main train station (Berlin) in 17 minutes. Please don't bring dogs. On TV there is an Amazon Fire TV Stick with movies in German and English. My accommodation is located in the municipality of Muldestausee in the district of Gröbern. Gröbern is a small place with 800 inhabitants. In 10 minutes you can reach the Gröberner See, which invites you to swim and relax. There you can rent bicycles, sub s, boats and fins for a fee in the forest resort. By bike you can explore the entire area from Wörlitzer Gartenreich to Goitzsche. Leipzig and Halle are not far either. The new outlet center FOC can be reached in 25 minutes.

Small and colorful

The four-sided farm from 1890 still serves as a farm. Only the street-side house is used for living. Our guest apartments on the upper floor are now intended to create the balancing act between old and new. Little book house on Lake Bergwitz

Our vacation home is located 12 km south of Lutherstadt Wittenberg. The old house, about 90 m², was lovingly renovated by us and the character was largely preserved. On the lower floor there is a kitchen-living room with seating for 6 people, a bathroom with bathtub and a living room. On the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms and a toilet. The house is on the same property as our house, so we are available to answer any questions.

On the island of Werder, in the main house, there is a small fisherman's or fruit grower's house, our small but nice apartment. Small refers to the size of the guests. For those over 1.85 m, you should duck your head a little at the doorways. The apartment is in the attic. As a state-recognized resort, the town of Werder charges a €2.00 spa fee per night, per person. This is due in advance. I will contact you about this. No PETS allowed.

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The house & barn of the listed 3-sided courtyard are built in oak half-timbering. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the lime trees are pruned, the house can be seen in all its splendor. From May onwards, it slowly disappears behind shady foliage, and so remains wonderfully cool throughout the summer...
