THE MIZEN

Villa (50 m2) located near the port (300 m) and its summer activities, beaches (300 m) and shops (400 m) of a village that is still preserved for holidays where everything can be done on foot. It has a living room with open kitchen and a toilet on the ground floor, overlooking a south-facing wooden terrace (45 m2) and a fully enclosed garden. The upper floor consists of 2 bedrooms serving a balcony as well as a shower room/toilet. Bed and bath linen option possible at a price of 15/p.

Between Les Sables-d'Olonne and La Rochelle, discover Les Conches, a small village nestled in the heart of lush nature. Embark at La Tranche-sur-Mer for an excursion to Île de Ré or a tour around the famous Fort Boyard. House, with optional private Jacuzzi, a few steps from the beaches, accessible by a magnificent pine forest, where the spirit of surfing vibrates around the mythical Bud Bud surf spot.
