We had a great week in this house despite mixing weather. The house is very well decorated and furnished. The courtyard is very pleasant and convenient for getting dressed up when returning from the beach with a nice outdoor shower. The rooms are pleasant too and we sleep there peacefully because the street is very quiet. Sandrine and David are very kind and welcoming. The house is 50m from the beach and the embankment which was still under construction this week. Shops are also nearby, 3 minutes' walk.

The house is stylish and rustic and Majid was so lovely. Would love to return to the beautiful villa. The neighbour did shout at us for splashing in the pool but in fairness, we had five children between us and it was 9am. The area was quiet and the Carrefour just minutes away was handy. You couldn’t not have a great stay here. Just be aware that the annexe is completely separate. It worked well for us as two families.

Everything was really perfect, the ease of Check-in/Check-out, the amenities, the pool, the comfort and beauty of the villa, everything is combined to make the stay great!

Fantastic holiday, stunning villa and really well equipped. We loved the pool and bbq was great too. Excellent location with easy access on bike to Saint Martin de Ré and also great beaches like Gros Joncs. Sad to leave!

Beautiful, large, well laid out and tastefully decorated house. Terrace with a very pleasant reclosable pool. Close to the center of Ars. We had a great week there with 9 people.

The space is impeccable. Inside a lot of beds, spacious living room. The kitchen is really well equipped, lots of board games. Outside, the indoor pool is obviously a huge plus. There are also outdoor games for children (cabin, swing, trampoline) and for older children (ping pong table, petanque balls, foosball, darts.) We went with friends and loved our stay. Alexandre is very accommodating, and Corinne, who welcomed us, is adorable. It was perfect!

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful weekend in Pascale and Laurent's beautiful, very well-equipped and characterful home! A perfect place for a family gathering, with spacious and comfortable living spaces inside and out to chat and relax and the sparkling pool and table tennis table for a little light exercise! The fascinating historical port city of La Rochelle is less than half an hour away by bus and the Atlantic with access to coast paths is nearby. We enjoyed a visit to the Sunday market in the square in Nieul sur Mer followed by un petit cafe en terrasse at the inviting and friendly Bistrot de la Place. We much appreciated the possibility of an early check in and Stephanie, Pascale and Laurent's local agent, was most helpful as well as friendly and welcoming, responding immediately to any queries we had. Very nice house where you have the pleasure of not stepping on it even if it rains even if the house is full with the children. The location is ideal with the sea on one side, the port on the other and the village nearby. We did everything on foot. It feels like a well-maintained family home. Thanks again!

Amazing house for a family get-together, there are all the desired amenities. It was a joy! Fully equipped for children. Bed linen kit quite expensive to rent because not provided (€28 per person), but we brought our own linen so no problem for us :) It was a great stay thanks to this dream home!

Flawless, tastefully renovated home with several accesses, terraces allowing everyone to have their own quiet corner. The outdoor space is beautiful and friendly, ideal for great moments with family or friends, between pool, foosball, darts… We had a great time. The hosts, who renovated the place themselves, are very welcoming and respond quickly if needed. A great discovery that I recommend!

House was very well equipped with everything you could need. Nice location within quiet residential area with easy access to lots of facilities. We cycled to the beach, bakers and to town centre and beyond. Safe cycling routes. An amazing selection of bikes too, we took our own but didn’t need to. The pool was lovely, a real sun trap, being fenced off was a must for us, very safe, with child proof latch. The tiled floors throughout mean sound travels so not ideal if your children are light sleepers. All in all brilliant week.

The layout of the villa is perfect for multi-generation family holidays with space to come together combined with distinct bedroom zones for added privacy. Extremely well equipped kitchen. The villa has off-street parking and the garage for safe storage of bicycles is a huge bonus. We had a great stay and give 5* rating.

Very pleasant moments with friends for a bachelorette and bachelor party. The swimming pool, the calm. Everything was there for us to enjoy moments of sharing and rest. Everyone was happy. Hosts are super nice and easy to reach
