Beach house vacation rentals in Jard-sur-Mer

We had a great time at Sandra's place. It was as described (even better!). The accommodation is spacious and above all very clean. Simple and effective, we highly recommend it. Our 2 children (2 years and 4 years) also loved their vacation. The large secure garden is great. 👍 Beach 300 m away… enough to be completely disoriented!

A beautiful place walking distance from the pristine beach! We felt right at home here from the start. Place is cleverly laid out and offers a spacious kitchen with living space, bedrooms (master upstairs and bunk beds for the kids downstairs:). We spent our evenings relaxing on the sofa either reading or watching tv. Outside offers garden furniture and privacy, there is also a garden parasol big enough to keep you dry if weather gets too wet or offers shade. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook and serve (if you are choosing to stay in;). Your parking space is located a minute away. The town is short drive of nice walk away, town offers a good selection of restaurants serving French cuisine. Thank you so much for hosting us, we will definitely book again! Charming house a short walk to the beach and 20mn walk to the city center by the beach. Impeccable and functional accommodation, decorated with taste. There is nothing missing to have a great stay. Everything was clear and self check-in and checkout is very convenient. Thank you for the little arrival gift and for the perfect communication. We will keep this address for a future stay!

Hi, Thanks to Laurence and Thierry for their impeccable hospitality. We only stayed for one night. Please note, however, that there is no bed linen. Otherwise everything else is on site. I was seeing the outside a bit bigger than the description. I recommend it.

Simply magical! 6 residents of a Seine et Marnais nursing home accompanied by 3 professionals stayed 4 nights in this beautiful house. Their stay was a real breath of fresh air and a pleasure from start to finish! We would recommend it without hesitation and would be happy to come back if given the opportunity. And who share their tips The house is very beautiful, spacious, clean, the outside is a joy and the location (for those who love the beach) it is paradise sincea path just 50m from the house allows access to a sublime sandy beach. A very pleasant family trip during which everyone was able to find their activity (cycling, running, Padel or wingfoil, market walk etc.) I really recommend it.

We had a lovely stay in Les Sables-d'Olonne, in this house not too far from the beach or the city center (by car) or any amenities. The house is as advertised, fully equipped, combines the old and the renovated... in short, everything to feel good!! In addition, Florence welcomed us in person, and it was a very friendly meeting! The exchanges had already been cordial by messages but we got to know a real "local", discussed the Vendée-Globe, the city... in short, a very easy and pleasant contact! Special mention for its flexibility on schedules (something rather rare in the area) which allowed us to enjoy a little more!! Really a stay that we enjoyed, with the seaside, the beach, the pork, the park...

A nice, modern, very comfortable house, with all the facilities for a good vacation, in a quiet area of the island, with access to beaches and bike rides. The house has a pool with heated water, which facilitates bathing at all times of day.

Pleasant accommodation. Quiet. beach and shops 100 meters from the accommodation. (Bakery, creperie, pizzeria, grocery store, butcher and restaurants) Parking for a car in front of the property. Good bedding.

Great stay at Delphine's for this Christmas 2024 with the family. The accommodation is totally suitable for 10 people, spacious, tastefully decorated and very pleasant to stay in. Beachfront within walking distance and city center as well. Once the car is parked, no need to touch it. It was perfect! Thanks Delphine!

Thank you for letting us spend our holidays in your vacation paradise. We enjoyed your beautiful cottage and the pool was a real winner for our kids. The village of Jard-sur-mer and the beautiful surroundings have also charmed us very much. It was then a plus that we were able to explore all this by bike. In addition, it was nice that there was a folder with all the necessary information about the area and also the extra attention of Mathilde was a nice surprise upon arrival.

Absolutely wonderful house! Highly recommend. The house is beautiful and very well equipped, you can find all you need for a lovely stay in the beautiful île de re. There is a daily market 5minutes bike ride, and a supermarket. The swimming pool is delightful, heated, the house offers 2 space for sleeping, on in the main house with 2 bedrooms and one in a side building with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom which makes is very well suited for 2 families. Thanks a lot to our hosts that made us feel like at home.

Typical house, pleasant, spacious and quiet for a family stay on the Île de Ré. Ideal for visiting the island and its surroundings. Close to the beach and the Couarde market. Note that parking for one vehicle is on the street in front of the house, so it can be problematic during busy periods to park more than one vehicle. Effective communication with the host, very responsive when requested.

excellent stay at Delphine and Tony 's. adorable hosts, responsive and who kindly allowed us flexibility on our arrival and departure times for this two-night stay. I recommend it. (very close to the sea, a children's playground, ideal with teenagers and little ones!)

Our stay at this beautiful property in La Couarde was nothing short of amazing! Just 100 meters from Plage Peuragot, the location was perfect—quiet yet conveniently close to the beach and bike paths. The house itself is full of charm, with a warm, inviting atmosphere. Each room was beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights after days of exploring Île de Ré. The garden was a peaceful retreat, perfect for relaxing, and the outdoor amenities like the BBQ and sun loungers made our stay even more enjoyable. The hosts were fantastic and clearly put a lot of love into this space. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return!

This house is even more beautiful in real life than in photo or dream. It has this character, this charm that makes a difference. The decoration is simple, tastefully. Then it is very functional, and is located in a peaceful village, at the foot of the beach. Not to mention the cleanliness, impeccable. The host (Amélie) is available, open to communication, accommodating and very friendly. In short, I recommend it with my eyes open, with my eyes closed: go for it!
