For your convenience, free parking is reserved for you during the summer season on June/July/August. Parking 10 minutes walk from the property. My place is 300m from the beach and the village on foot. Cozy and pleasant, a real haven of peace. It has its particular entrance through the garage. Located on the ground floor of the villa (pool level), it is in a villa. In a fenced property, you will enjoy the sea air, the squirrels in the fir trees as well as the convenience of an active village with its port, shops, bars... You will love my place because of its location, comfort and calm with also the sound of the sea!

Its location, close to the village and beaches, and nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac, won us over. You'll be 5 minutes from the beautiful Boisvinet beach and the port. The house: bright, with modern and tasteful furnishings, all on the ground floor.
