Cathy made such an effort to make sure we had everything we needed and was so generous and kind that it made you feel so welcome and like you were staying with a family friend. Her warmth really did make a difference and the place was totally delightful

Coming for a wedding, we spent little time in the house (2 nights), however we could see that it is comfortable (including bedding), impeccably clean and well equipped. The three bathrooms are a real plus as well as the garden and veranda. Sarah is a very friendly and responsive host. Our short stay was very nice.

We stayed 1 week, 2 families or 4 adults and 3 children including 1 infant. The stay went well, the house is true to photos and descriptions, we enjoyed the pool almost every day, Carine was more than responsive and available to answer our questions, very friendly to the image of the house which is welcoming, warm and clean. This one is well placed to quickly access the center of La Rochelle, a large area nearby, we were able to do our shopping as soon as we arrived. I would highly recommend, thank you Carine 🙂

The accommodation was as described, we had a pleasant stay in a quiet and peaceful place. Catherine and Arnaud are welcoming hosts, always available and very responsive. Possibility to rent bikes on site, the village of La Flotte is however quickly accessible on foot. Good location that allows you to visit Ile de Ré easily. Well-equipped accommodation, everything is done for a pleasant stay Thanks again for this week's vacation We highly recommend it!

Great family stay (2 adults and 2 kids) in this house, clean, practical and comfortable. The location is ideal to enjoy all the woods beach on foot and the whole island by bike! Maud is very responsive and attentive, it's a pleasure! The only reservation I can have is the price but at Île de Ré and during the school holidays in Paris it's not so surprising. I will still treasure this address!

Great communication from Noemie who was lovely, nice to hear about the history of the accommodation. It’s a cosy, good use of space and perfect for the one night stop over. The bed was super comfortable, making for a good nights sleep before travelling again.

We were very happy about our stay. The neighbourhood is very calm, with typical houses in the surrounding streets. The apartment is very cozy, well equipped, clean, has lots of warm water, and is quiet at night. We especially loved hanging out in the small courtyard at any time of the day. Nicolas is very quick at responding and we warmly recommend this little oasis to future travellers.

Stayed here for rugby game and appartment is very central to everything. Great views from roof top terrace and communication re location, checking in, keys, etc was excellent.

Apartment ideally located in a quiet area and we didn't move our car because everything can be done on foot. Marion is available and responsive. The apartment corresponds exactly to the photos and description. We had a great and pleasant stay.

Stéphane is a very respectful person. Her place is impeccable, convenient, the bedding is of high quality, in a very quiet environment. You will be 10 minutes drive from a car park in La Rochelle ( which is a beautiful town), and 10 minutes from the island of Re. In the garden you can leave your bikes safe We will be back with great pleasure at Stephane's place.

The apartment met our expectations, good location with superb full sea view. We recommend it and will be back. Christian and his wife are charming, available and attentive. Thanks to them for allowing us to have a great stay at the sands.

The Accommodation is very well-located and well-equipped in a beautiful setting. Johnevan is very responsive to dialogue and always available in case of request. Honestly a great host that we recommend without any worries. We will return without hesitation if the opportunity arises. If you like walking or cycling that's fine. We had a great time in this apartment, ideally located and well arranged with its own parking space. The space is bright, quiet, with a magnificent view of the ocean.

We had a great time at Nicolas's apartment, everything is very clean, the decoration is very nice, the terrace too. The location is ideal, by the sea and just minutes from the center of the fleet. We can only recommend it, 10/10!
