very well located accommodation near the sea and city center we did not use our vehicle except to go to the supermarket. we were quiet a real pleasure this fireplace during this time of January

pleasant stay at Marc's. The accommodation is furnished and decorated tastefully and classily. The bedding is comfortable. The accommodation is located in a quiet area with the port of la guittiere within walking distance. Excellent stay. In addition Marc is reachable and flexible so that the stay goes as well as possible. I recommend it without a second thought. Be careful however, in the description of the listing I did not understand that the master suite was not directly accessible from the house (but really not very far!!).

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Hulotte. The place is perfect for both families and groups of friends, with many activities on site. We celebrated the end of our partials in a relaxed atmosphere, with the possibility of listening to music freely. The heated hot tub was much appreciated. However, there is a small downside regarding the pool, which we also thought heated according to the information provided by the host, but which was unfortunately not.

New house, very bright, well arranged, very clean and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed the treats that were waiting for us upon arrival. Big highlight, from the house you can quickly access to Gouil beach on foot. Very good exchanges with Gaël. We would definitely recommend this listing.

Jean-Pierre and Joëlle's apartment is ideally located 10 minutes' walk from the wild beach of Tanchet, in a quiet cul-de-sac with a parking space to park your vehicle. Very clean and comfortable, this studio has an outdoor table to sit and eat. we really enjoyed this stay where we were very well hosted. we recommend this cozy nest in this beautiful city of Sands!

It is a beautiful studio in a very good location, well-equipped, with an elevator and a beautiful sea view. Breakfast facing the sea on the very pleasant balcony. Not a lot of restaurants all around and a pedestrian street with lots of shops for shopping fans and foodies, several ice cream parlors in this street. Quiet neighborhood with convenient local shops. A big plus the garage. Accommodation a few steps from the embankment that leads us to the beaches as well as to other shops and the city center, not to mention the Ile Penotte district. Not to mention a very friendly and available host. Delighted with our stay.

Excellent stay in this studio, it has everything you need, it's super clean, Line is very friendly and welcoming, her recommendations were valuable, the location is ideal, and I was able to find everything I needed within walking distance. Perfect for recharging and slowing down! One thing that could be improved: the mattress, for sensitive backs. Would definitely stay again.

Hi, My parents loved the stay, quiet, really close to the sea, no noise at night or during the day. They liked everything they did and especially going to the beach on foot. Jean Michel and Christine responded to their request very quickly and efficiently. They were happy and came back relaxed and soothed from their stay. Which I think they'll be happy to do again. i highly recommend it.

Accommodation rented for a weekend for the Ironman of the Sands. Accommodation conveniently located near the Place du Vendée Globe where the bike park is located. 15 min walk to downtown/swimming start. The apartment was very clean, the bedding comfortable etc... Close to the railway line but few passages = not annoying at all... A closed garage in the basement very convenient (only small vehicle). Finally, Irene is very kind and accommodating for check-in and checkout times.

Excellent stay with very good directions to get there. Parking space is very convenient. The apartment is nice to live in with a great view. We recommend!
