Third time in this lovely house in beautiful Järkvissle! Ingrid is the best host imaginable and really makes you feel at home. Everything you could possibly need is in the house that is spacious, clean and incredibly cozy. Nice swimming area/jetty by the river is walking distance. We will return. Highly recommend!

Great and spacious apartment/upstairs with its own secluded entrance and large patio. Quiet and peaceful with beautiful surroundings. Walking distance to the lake with swimming opportunities, row boat and canoe. Jenni and family were all very nice and helpful. Highly recommended!

Great and convenient accommodation for our traveling techniques.

Lovely place for a big group with lots of space! Great big garden as well and 15 mins walk to the water. Very clean and fresh kitchens, bathrooms, and saunas. Also, Björn was a very responsive and helpful host!

We are very satisfied with the choice of accommodation. Nice and helpful hosts. The house is cozy and very homely. We felt like home as we stepped inside the door. Highly recommended, especially for those who want comfortable accommodation with nature outside and at the same time proximity to big city pulse.

We had a great turn of the year in the small cottage. It is very quiet in a small village on a farm. It is very cozyly decorated and there was nothing missing. When we arrived, everything was already heated for us, everything was ready and it was very clean. You felt very comfortable. Thank you Elin!

This is a beautiful home, allocated with lovely views over Järvsö. The house is an old, traditional Swedish wooden building - warm and cosy, but also carefully renovated so that it still feels contemporary. My husband, our children and myself were warmly welcomed by Natalja. The walk to the slopes is about 6min and it’s a great location if you want a break for lunch during the day. The house has everything you need, even for a longer stay and the host, Natalja, is always available to help. We would strongly recommend this place and hope to come back one day - perhaps during Summer months to see the garden beauty instead of snow!

Erika and Malte were great hosts, always a message away and very friendly and welcoming. They told us some local recommendations and sights to visit. And even though they live very close to the cabin, we never felt we were watched. Their cute dog and cat are a bonus 😍

We had a good time at this place and everything was nicely organised. Location was awesome so as host. Will definitely visit again.

Due to a double booking, we were allowed to stay in Bo's second newly renovated apartment next to this accommodation. The accommodation met our expectations by far and was spacious, fresh and at the same time very homely. We were three families and appreciated the large common areas and the large well-equipped kitchen. Bo is also a very nice host and communication went smoothly. It was easy to get to and from the ski slope and into the village. Would love to go back!

We enjoyed a wonderful week in the cozy cottage right on the lake. It's nicely embedded in Nordic nature. With a little luck, moose and reindeer can be spotted in the area. With the stove, which can be fired with wood provided free of charge, it remained pleasantly warm. The small fireplace in front of the cottage is great. With the clean boat, which was also provided free of charge, we explored the lake and tried our hand at fishing. From the terrace, we could see the northern lights very well. The place is highly recommended. We would come back. A big thank you to Inger for her helpfulness and for organizing local moose meat and fish.

Good accomodation and welcoming and responsive hosts. 

We had a really great time staying at his place. Even got to see some northern lights and we could even stay a few hours after checkout to work.

We were almost 2 weeks in John’s family house. It was totally great! Beautiful kitchen, where we had lovely diners. Very big garden and outside space near the boat house. We enjoyed it 100%. Would love to come back!

The apartment was homely and had all the amenities that you can wish for. The kitchen was well equipped and we even got the Christmas tree and a bottle of mulled wine. Absolutely perfect if you want to stay quietly. It was close to the slopes and there was a restaurant, ski equipment and ICA to go. We can imagine coming back.

Lena and family are a great host. The house is very nice in a lovely environment. Very well preserved house with ancestry. Was perfect to stay two families with plenty of space and easy to feel at home. We would be glad to come back.
