Relax, dive into the lake or why not put on cross-country skis outside the door in the winter? When Storsjön roars, you can light the fire & look out through the panoramic windows & enjoy Oviksfjällen on the horizon. Welcome to a new, fresh accommodation 5 meters from the lake. Relax and enjoy some luxury and fresh air. Double bed in the loft and sofa bed 140 cm in the basement. Keep in mind that the house has an open floor plan between all floors, which makes privacy a little limited. You come here primarily to relax and rest. But if you want to do things, there are many options! Winter is usually very snowy. Hassela Ski Resort is close by car, about 15 minutes away. The hot tub is closed when the temperature is below -15 degrees.

You have a nice forest behind the property with blueberries and mushrooms, a 3.5 km plowed walking path and a cold dip in the river ten minutes walk away. As well as bike paths. Accommodation on the ground floor of a typical house, ideally located on the Vildmarksvägen. In the heart of nature, this peaceful place is perfect for a relaxing family stay. Direct access to the lake for lovers of fishing or calm by the water. It all started when a French couple, lost in Scandinavia during the pandemic, found refuge in Sweden. Nothing foreshadowed this departure, and yet here we are, surrounded by the snowy expanses and the silence of the great outdoors.

Relax in this peaceful space! Modern cottage with amazing view of Lofsdalen. In the autumn of 2025, the cottage was renovated and received large panoramic windows that frame the mountain views. In connection with the renovation, a spacious terrace with a hot tub and a sauna house was also added. Here you can really enjoy the view and relaxation. Note: See photos for the difference in level between the front door and the parking area.

Here you live with ski-in/ski-out location (transport line to Stugsvängen outside the junction) and have direct access to bike trails, hiking trails and both cross-country and alpine ski trails. After an active day, you can unwind in the wood-fired sauna or hot tub – the perfect place to relax!

The house was built in the 1880s and was originally a lodge that was then rebuilt into a residential building. The house is located in beautiful Forsa in a rural environment and is therefore also decorated in a rural style. Nature is close by and so are golf courses, ski trails and mountain bike trails. Within walking distance is also Hälsingegården Ystegårn, which has both a restaurant and an interior design shop.

Proximity to grocery stores, pharmacies in Brunflo. Östersund, the nearest town with shopping and restaurants, is 15 kilometers away, about 20 minutes by car. Two golf courses in the nearby area and nice hiking opportunities.

In the middle of the Jämtland mountain world is this newly renovated gem! Here you have the downstairs in a separate house in the middle of our old farm (the upper floor is not used). It offers mountain views, a fireplace and a large, lovely dining area. It is easy to get here, and skiing, forest walks or snowmobile rides start right outside the door.
