The kitchen was replaced a couple of years ago and is fully equipped with a dining table attached, three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and toilet. Sauna is available. Crib is available. Hiking and skiing trails are accessible directly around the corner from the house. To Åre it is about 25 minutes, Vålådalen about 30 minutes. In Ottsjö village there is ICA Bua, dog sledding, brewery, etc.

Gräftåvallen is home to Sweden's largest ski club, and there are 45 km of groomed ski trails directly adjacent to the cabin. The cottage has everything needed for a skiing and mountain vacation, with large living areas, a fireplace and a sauna. In summer, you can just go straight up the mountain and hike.
