In addition to skiing and cycling, you can go hiking, fishing, dog sledding, rent snowmobiles and a variety of other activities. In this fantastic little mountain village Ottsjö, our newly built house is in a high position overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

Cottage beautifully located on a former farm. Beautiful and quiet location about 40 km southwest of Östersund. Here, you are close to the mountain world, forest areas and Storsjön. The farm is 600 meters from the village center with Ica store, pastry shop, gas station, electric car charger, health center and more.
