Sleds and barbecue are available to borrow. Down duvets and down pillows for all beds. Bring your own bed linens and towels. No smoking or pets.

In a detached guesthouse of approx. 60sqm, on our farm, you can enjoy panoramic views of Åreskutan and Kallsjön. The flat has its own entrance, divided over two floors with entrance hall, shower room, exit to pool deck on the groundfloor. The upstairs studio has a kitchen with all mod cons, dining area, sleeping area with king size bed and extra single bed and a sitting area with sofas and wood burner. It's a light and airy space in very quiet, peaceful surroundings with nature on your doorstep.

The house is a modern holiday home from 2019, with large windows and unobstructed views. A detached sauna, hot tub and the possibility of swimming in Olån are available in the "spa department".

Incredible views of farmland and forest, fantastic sunny location and a large newly-built terrace where we offer guests the use of a wood-fired hot tub and wood-fired sauna all year round and a heated pool in summer. It offers all the amenities for a family or a group of up to six people. Stove, two bedrooms, combined kitchen/living room.

Next to the plot is a ski slope and snowmobile trail, and with a large garden, wood-fired hot tub, private sledding hill and a brilliant view, this has become our paradise. Here you live in the middle of nature and close to both calm and action-filled experiences.

Treat yourself to a fantastic experience, come and stay close to our alpacas and have a memorable stay! The tent is located in the alpacas' pasture and has a patio with outdoor kitchen and barbecue. In the tent, you sleep in a comfortable double bed. On the farm, in addition to the alpacas, there are chickens, a cat and a dog. Experience a real farm life in a quiet and beautiful environment.
